You can pay via app. There is also free parking in garages Walkability: It's very walkable! The sidewalks are nice and the square itself has some space to hang out. Shade is limited though Restaurants/shops: It seemed very heavy with restaurants and not enough shops. All the shops were mostly in the same area too so if you chose to eat at a place on the further end, you'd have to walk far to get to some shopping Overall it was fine for a visit when we were in the area. It could do better with more of a balance of things to do and shaded areas

I cannot pick point it, but its just an odd mall and also has a lot of advertisements. I feel like the outside part is better than what you see i side the main building. I guess overall its just an average mall if you want to kind of shop. It does have a little bit of everything scattered about. I didnt have any bad service, buy I just don't see as things are on the upper end in cost, but then there are some affordable ke stores as well.

Oh, The Galleria! My ex-husband is from Houston and I've…read morebeen to The Galleria many, many times. In fact, I started going long before I knew my husband. My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. It's a magically fun experience. The Galleria is always incredibly decorated for the holidays. I still get to Houston 1-2 times a year and always enjoy visiting The Galleria. The Galleria itself has not only the ice rink but office space, two hotels, lots of places to eat, and shopping. The retail offerings range from shops like H&M, Macy's, and Nordstrom to high-end luxury shops like Gucci & Chanel. We were there just a few months ago and it was just as fun and exciting as my first visit! Gang, there are so many stores here. Like crazy amounts (a few hundred). It's very large and easy to navigate and of course gets extremely busy during peak times. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

Shopping can be hit or miss, and on this particular day, it was definitely a miss. My friends and I…read moreare dedicated bargain shoppers, and despite our best efforts, the Houston Galleria wasn't giving up any deals. With only about an hour before leaving Houston, our shopping mission was more of a speed run than a leisurely browse. Even without scoring any purchases, the Houston Galleria remains an impressive destination. The moment you step inside, you experience bright lights, multiple levels of stores, and a steady stream of shoppers that create an energetic, bustling atmosphere. Beyond shopping, the mall offers entertainment options such as its iconic indoor ice-skating rink, making it easy to spend an entire day there. One of the Galleria's biggest strengths is its variety. Luxury retailers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton share space with more accessible brands such as Banana Republic and American Eagle, offering something for nearly every budget and style. Whether you're on a focused shopping mission or simply window-shopping, there's plenty to explore...even if, in our case, we left empty-handed. The dining options are equally diverse, ranging from food-court favorites to sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to Chic-fil-a. While we didn't find the bargains we were hoping for, our fast-and-furious shopping adventure was filled with laughter and great conversation, and the kind of fun that comes from spending time with good friends. Sometimes spending quality time with friends is the best find of all.

This is a massive sprawling and magical shopping center that it's hard not to love. I know strip malls are ugly and generic, but not all are created equal, and this massive oval-shaped monstrosity is honestly beautiful, and some of the fancy restaurants along the highway are gorgeous, with lake views. We've been loving it for a long time, since a couple of days after I met Barbi, when I came here. There's a lot going on here, so many stores and a lot of love honestly. A lot of fond memories and wonderful times I've had here over the years at FOTL, much better than LOTR for example. So I have a very close and romantic association with it. There was a Borders here long long time ago and I fell in love, and that's how it goes. You know how it goes. Lots of love in this place. I lake what I see. You will too. If it were out of ten, I'd give it a Foun-Ten.

It was a nice exploration place, but was very sad seeing this mall pretty much abandoned, forgotten, and taking up space. Haven't updated their stores on the map as it says they're still standing and the mall still opened. Not too much of a mall or shopping center if that's what you're looking for.

Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. Think of it as a TJ Maxx, or a Marshalls/Homegoods. Not bad at all. They do have slightly better prices than most, as you would expect from an outlet, and Barbi is a fan of the store, and that's why I bring her here whenever we have time and she sees one, and she told me that it's at least three star location, but that since they were pretty friendly with her she wants me to go with four. Yes I was in here too and yes I paid, but she's a more attentive shopper than me and she's 99% of the reason we come here, so she's a better person to judge.
