Due to design of the house, there was a lot to be done, siding removal and more, but the quote for replacement was very reasonable considering the job. Chris was always in contact regarding the progress and our expected completion date. I would and have highly recommended this company to friends and work colleagues, they are top notch!

After contacting Neligan's stating that I would like them to do the repair work, they kept me updated and were honest (that they were very busy, but they would work this project in asap). They were able to repair it before the original date and Matt and Chip were very nice and professional. I wanted to save the bricks and I said they could stay where they landed in the yard/that they don't need to do any extra work moving them anywhere. When they finished, the bricks were in a nice pile :) THANK YOU for making time for my small repair job- it made a world of difference to my family. I strongly recommend them and will use them for larger roofing jobs in the future (if only those other companies realized that even though this job may be small, I could be a future customer with larger projects). Thank you!!!

Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

I think the first crew in October, 17 just found one spot and repaired that spot and did not search further for underlying issue. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.
