This is by far one of the worst encounters I've had with a dental office. Please do not go here, these people are money hungry and can care less about the comfort and outcome of your teeth. Going to them was the worst mistake I could have made for my orthodontic treatment. The orthodontist hardly comes in and sees you, let alone communicates with his patients, in fact, it almost seems as if the dental assistants are doing all the work themselves, and using tools they are not qualified to use without the orthodontist present. I initially got my braces placed by them and went ONCE for a tightening when I decided that I no longer want to be treated by them. They now want to charge me almost $1200 for their braces, which shouldn't cost more than at least $700-800. Additionally, if you have METAL BRACES, but want clear O-RINGS( the rubber band that wraps around each individual bracket) apparently they charge $600-700 for that which is ridiculous because not even a whole bag costs that much. Mind you, I had METAL BRACES but just because I wanted clear O-RINGS, that was the cost. My reason for leaving was because my treatment was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The dental assistant placed build-up on the back of my molars because my bite could potentially break a bracket off, which is understandable, HOWEVER, the amount of build-up they placed was completely UNACCEPTABLE AND UNNECESSARY!! It was like a huge ass ball plopping open my mouth! I had to go as far as to personally ask them to file it down because my mouth was almost wide open (not exaggerating). Anyways I left their office and transferred to a new one, and I have been trying for almost 8 MONTHS to have First Class Dental send over my records through email to my new dental office but for some reason, they won't send them, despite that I signed a RELEASE FORM! These people are immature, and above all, UNPROFESSIONAL. Do yourself a favor and do not come here, you will find out that there is WAY better treatment elsewhere, and will regret going to First Class Dental. read more

I have always been "allergic" to dentists and only have gone when deemed necessary. I have heard good things from friends about Dr K. I came in today for a check up and found out for myself what they were talking about. He was very friendly, personable and explained his diagnosis in a very clear manner where I felt very comfortable having him execute on his recommendations. So we have been going to this dentist for years. I always said they were good until recently. We recently went to a new dentist to get fillings done since they kept rescheduling our appointment and our new dentist showed us that they only suffice filled my sons cavities. They never did the root of the problem. So now we have to start all over. They were rude when they called and were not willing to work with my son. And this is not the first time they have messed up. Amazing!!!! I meant to leave this review after my first visit but completely forgot‍as I found the office on Yelp. Any who better late than never. This entire office is great!! From the staff as you walk in the door to how clean the office is. I had some insurance issues my first visit, I was still seen by the doctor free of charge. Everyone in the office is generally friendly. Whenever I called while working out my insurance, I was always followed up with until I got it worked out! I have horrible dentist anxiety so I have put off the dentist since I am new to the area. Needed a few things done and the doctor helped me figure out the level of importance per what my insurance would pay for so my out of pocket cost would be zero!! Worst place never going back. I went for Dental cleaning and came out with a crack tooth. I spoke with the supervisor Mary and was not helpful at all pretty much they' say that was not cause by the cleaning that probably it was already cracked they lied on their notes to cover their ass saying that I was schedule for fillings and that they did talk about about it with me which is not true. They also lie on that I asked for my teeth to be polished,which also was not true. The technician that performed that cleaning was savage when doing that cleaning, she only has five years experience which looks like five month to me. Honestly I recommend going somewhere else cause they would lie to you saying you agree on something and they would put on their notes and they would never discuss it with you. And if you do go there always get proof written and what they did and what you are going for. but honestly this place don't deserve not even one star. read more

My daughter has been complaining about gum pain for couple weeks, and since I noticed a brand new dental office in the area, I decided to check it out. Everything was so nice and new inside. She was seen by Dr. Kang, and he was wonderful. He discovered that she had an infection in the gum, and it was promptly treated by him. He must have soft, gentle hands, as she didn't cry at all! Every parent knows how dreadful it is to take a child to a dentist. He was very patient with her and knew how to calm her down. She is now pain-free, and I am so grateful. I will definitely be coming back here, and I will bring my whole family. Thank you for such a positive experience (especially at a dental office). read more

I went in today for a consultation to see the status of my teeth. I don't go to the dentist often due to my lack of insurance. Still I knew it was time and necessary! So I looked up a few dentists online and found this one. The reviews were great and they weren't being dishonest. This practice is incredibly sweet and welcoming. The Doctor was beyond helpful and honest. He took his time trying to work with me and my situation. Sadly I have never gotten this feeling and experience from many Dentist practices. I am thoroughly impressed. I called earlier to another office to ask how much a consultation would be and it would have been 150.00. This consultation was Free. This is by far the BEST dental office I've been to. The staff is amazing and very friendly. As everyone else i was nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Lloyd made my experience a great one as well as Maria and the staff. Now i am a regular since i went ahead with my braces and i enjoy going everytime. I prefer this kind of office because its better for my 3 and 6 yr olds rather than those specifically advertised toward children because we get much better care and high quality work. First class dental should be called No class dental! I went into the office and was told I needed to have some work done but I would have to pay up front until the insurance claim came through. After 4 or 5 weeks waiting I called the office and was told the claim was denied. I did some checking and found out no claim was ever filed on my behalf. Dr. Kang gave me his word that he would see to it that I got a full refund. Dr. Kang went back on his word and now refuses to refund my money. I put my faith and trust in to this dentist and he can not even keep his word, how can I trust him with my health. If *his word* means nothing to him, how can my life mean anything to this doctor. I am not sure how this scam works but I hope the dental board will follow up on this and make them accountable for their actions. read more

This has been my Dentist coming up on two years now and in that same amount of time I've had my ceramic braces with them. Not only is the office always clean when coming in but EVERYONE greets you which is something I personally really enjoy. I specifically only have ever had Diana work with me, and we have built such a really friendly relationship, she is very professional yet always makes great conversation. SHE'S THE BEST. From the phone call to set my appointment to the actual visit I had a great experience. The receptionists were all very nice. The dental assistant was very efficient I've never had anyone do my xrays so quickly without having to repeat any. The doctor was very nice and took his time explaining what needed to be done. So I went into First Class Dental for my first dental work in some time. The first visit went a tad faster than I like and I was uncertain on some things. HOWEVER, the day of my treatment went exceptionally well. The dental assistant Erin (hopefully I spelled her name right) kept me formally educated on the dental prep, procedure, and post treatment. Very dissatisfied and pissed!!! I went in a week after scheduling an appointment for an extraction that I told them was causing severe pain and I couldn't take it anymore. Went in and it seemed like all they wanted was money, money, money they even lowered the price which was awesome but I don't need a lower price I need the damn teeth pulled because it's painful. They told me I had to pay for the two fake teeth before they did anything.
