I pulled the owner aside and shared my sadness and how different that appointment was from the quality of service I am familiar with at Parlor. The owner asked how he can help. He wanted to make sure I left happy and tried to offer any solution he could for a fix and Aaron...bless him so much...despite having 2 other clients at that time, having to travel a few hours away after his shift, and having appointments scheduled early the next day. He said he would fix it for me! He and Alycc (another fantastic stylist) stayed at least an hour after close and two and a half hours after the last guest to make sure that I could leave confident and happy with the service I actually wanted. I wasn't cancelling just giving a remote possibility to be rather up front. Obviously can't do 6:30 appt with a 7pm client dinner. He can cancel on me any time. He is my "client" As an update. I made it to my 3:45 hair appointment with another salon. I would have gladly given a credit card for a missed appointment. Because I do understand time is money. But I don't see that being an issue in the future.
