    BEWARE!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! SCREENSHOTS AS PROOF!!!!…read more I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I worked with Mat Lyons. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER OR THIS SALESMAN. First, I purchased from out of state. I have in writing that the vehicle needed to tagged and titled in my state. He assured me he handled this. It has still not been handled and I've received no paperwork regarding my tag and title. Second, a test drive was never offered when the truck was driven off the lot, and he was informed of a serious wobble noticed on the way home. He lied and told me it just needed to be driven, then stopped responding. All six tires were bad on a vehicle he told me had NEW tires. I know because I just paid to immediately replace them. Third, he promised the truck delivered with a full tank of gas. When I brought to his attention the truck did not have a full tank of gas, he offered to Venmo me $50, but never sent the money. Fourth, He lied to me about the truck being DEF deleted by Ford. It's only half deleted and will cost over $1000 to finish so as not to destroy the engine. I truly thought I could trust this dealership. I was dead wrong. Don't get taken like I have. See Google review for proof. Edited to update I spoke with Shane, the sales manager, who informed me they will take care of my plate "because we have no choice," but they will not honor the rest. Complaint forwarded to the AG office of TN Consumer Protection Division.

Waited another week to check that, they never did. Husband and daughter went there, never checked anything and was told they should take it to a muffler shop to look at it. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE, unprofessional and worthless so called repair shop.

    I was referred to this dealership by a local, highly rated repair shop. The shop could not get to…read moremy issue as it is a one-man-owned location. So, fast forward to this afternoon around 1 p.m. Last night my ignition module locked up and it needed to go to a dealer for work. First, they do NOT list a phone number on their website. Clearly, they don't want to answer phones. They did have a "chat" link so I sent three messages. Finally someone in SALES called me - I wanted service. This guy tried to transfer the call and luckily he had given me the phone number as it disconnected me. When I got the service department, I told them the problem and was told I could bring it in - I said it would be about an hour. When I walked to the service desk, the first thing I was asked, was "where is your ride to take you home?" I said I needed to get a rental car. Then, he said they could not, at all, get to even diagnosing it for TWO WEEKS. He could have told me that on the phone at 2:30!!! But, no, he waited till I had drive 25 miles (I had told him where I was coming from) and he never said anything about not being able to get a rental in that town! They had no way of arranging for one. they DID call Enterprise, but it was after 3 p.m., their cutoff for picking me up, from a town 40 minutes away! My engine was still on, I drove to a shop in the adjoining town near where I live. By the time I got the local Enterprise on the phone, SAME issue - no ride.
