We were towed to Cumberland Auto Center, and they saved us. Being 2 days before Christmas, the part needed was not going to arrive overnight. Kris and the team got the part ordered, put us in a loaner vehicle, moved all our luggage and coolers from the Wagoneer to the loaner, and got us back on the road in a few hours. When we came back through the Saturday after, my Wagoneer was fixed and within 15 minutes, we were back on the road again. I can't say enough about the service as well as care they gave us.

Lucas at Cumberland Kia is the definition of excellence…read more I came in needing a new tire, but what I received was far more than a simple service appointment. Lucas carried himself with a level of professionalism, care, and integrity that you don't see every day. He didn't just replace a tire -- he restored peace of mind. He moved with confidence, explained everything clearly, and treated my situation like it genuinely mattered. There was no rush, no attitude, no shortcuts -- just someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. In a world where customer service often feels transactional, Lucas reminded me what true service looks like: kindness, skill, and a commitment to making sure people leave better than they arrived. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, someone who turns an inconvenience into a moment of relief, ask for Lucas. Cumberland Kia is lucky to have him, and customers are blessed to be served by him. One of your ultimate favorite customers Honey Burford

I called every department multiple times trying to get connected with the service department to check on the status of my car and they would say they would call me right back, yet I would never receive a call back. The service department never answered the phone. There is no comfort that my vehicle is in good hands.

I bought a brand new Nissan Versa S manual from here and my experience was above all expectations…read more I went through cars.com so my price was already negotiated. I am from California and worked with my sales guy Lance and he went above and beyond to get my car I wanted. I drove from California to Tennessee to pick it up and drive it back in hopes there would not be any tricks or scams. Much to my pleasant surprise, there was NONE and everything was cut and dry. My interest rate on my loan was even lowered than pre-negotiated which was nice. I was very skeptical coming from the other side of the Country to buy a car but the entire process was very upfront with no hidden markups or hidden upgrades I did not want. Thank you to Lance and the Nissan team there for making this a trouble free comfortable experience. I love my car. I am certainly recommending you guys to my friends, family or my fellow Yelpers! It was certainly worth the long drive for a great buying experience. I will definitely be buying from you guys again in the future.
