I was referred to this dealership by a local, highly rated repair shop. The shop could not get to my issue as it is a one-man-owned location. So, fast forward to this afternoon around 1 p.m. Last night my ignition module locked up and it needed to go to a dealer for work. First, they do NOT list a phone number on their website. Clearly, they don't want to answer phones. They did have a "chat" link so I sent three messages. Finally someone in SALES called me - I wanted service. This guy tried to transfer the call and luckily he had given me the phone number as it disconnected me. When I got the service department, I told them the problem and was told I could bring it in - I said it would be about an hour. When I walked to the service desk, the first thing I was asked, was "where is your ride to take you home?" I said I needed to get a rental car. Then, he said they could not, at all, get to even diagnosing it for TWO WEEKS. He could have told me that on the phone at 2:30!!! But, no, he waited till I had drive 25 miles (I had told him where I was coming from) and he never said anything about not being able to get a rental in that town! They had no way of arranging for one. they DID call Enterprise, but it was after 3 p.m., their cutoff for picking me up, from a town 40 minutes away! My engine was still on, I drove to a shop in the adjoining town near where I live. By the time I got the local Enterprise on the phone, SAME issue - no ride. read more

I thought these guys were super nice and helpful. My car broke down and I used them to tow me to their dealership and they ended up doing the work on it as well. Not only that but I had my two dogs in my car as well and it was 97 degrees outside. Not only was every person I met at this dealership kind to me, but they were concerned for the safety of my dogs. There were multiple mechanics that brought my dogs water and they even let us stay in the employee break room until my ride came to get me. One man even got some dog bowls out of his truck for me to use. They were all so kind and helpful. They performed the work very fast. They got my car around 2 or 3 on Friday, had to order a new radiator, and it was ready on Monday by 4pm. It wasnt the cheapest work but seems to be quality and I would go back. My car was broken into and windows smashed. Had to get some cardboard and duct tape to fix like a bandaid. Always have insurance. After calling around, they got me in . It only cost $100 out of pocket. So nice to be able to pay online or over the phone. All I had to do was show up with the car and let them work their magic! read more

Edd Rogers is a wonderful man and so sorry to hear of his retirement. He was a dealer that didn't try to rip you off. He was always very professional and personable. We all have favorites in life and Roger Clouse in my opinion is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. I was a Pontiac lover until the end of the Pontiac. The service department was always right on top of things and got me in and out in a speedy manner. The auto body shop repaired the Pontiac G6 when I crowned a deer and I was sure the insurance company would total my car. They repaired all of the damage and you could not tell that a deer damaged it. Paint matched perfectly because it was the bright electric blue that Pontiac put on those models. Cars come and cars go, Edd Rogers Chevrolet - GMC - Pontiac and Buick was my favorite dealership. read more

ed rogers chevrolet had my mothers 2013 Malibu w/25000 miles on it because the tension belt broke. when she went to pick it up she let them know she noticed somethings were concerning, she drove it home and then it locked up again the next day after they said it was fixed along with a bill over $600.00 she paid. week 2 Ronnie let us know it wasn't his fault, he was not paying for anything, he did not know what was wrong, all he knew it seems was he didn't know? after contacting general motors and waiting on Ronnie to deal with them (GM) and 2 case numbers later with the call center waiting on higher ups to contact someone? my mother had been without her car for almost 3/wks and for the last week didn't hear anything from ed rogers Chevrolet (maintenance dept. or Ronnie until my mother called them and they said she could pick her car up and owed them over $200.00 more. general motors said they paid 75percent of the bill, so Ronnie was correct he didn't have to pay anything, my mother bought her car new from them and they were the only ones to maintenance it, I have seen and experienced first hand how Ronnie and his dealership disrespected my mother and then got another $200.00 plus! i would never give them a star, i would give Ronnie ----0.
