They damaged my vehicle on 6/5/2025…read moreand tried to get me to buy 24 lug nuts for 186 dollars when they were at AutoZone for 36 dollars. They swore they could not get the lug nuts off. I went down the road and the next tire shop had no problems getting the lug nuts off. Firestone had damaged several of my lug nuts so I did replace all 24 lug nuts for 29 dollars. The Firestone store was trying hard to rip me off and they are being placed under investigation by the state for financial exploitation of a senior. The local investigative media reporter has been contacted.
