Well my sister had the claim number and phone number but that wasn't enough. Then she asked more questions about the accident which is understandable then she ask about her insurance. Then she told her she can print the forms online to fill out everything that my sister just told her. She was rude and not nice at all. Seems like whatever info my sister didn't have at the time was prolonging her date and time of appointment. RightTime referred her and they shouldn't be referring anyone because this RightTime may be nice but this receptionist or intake person at OSM in Annapolis was very impatient and rude. So we go online to print the papers and saw so many bad reviews that it was enough for us to say we need another orthopaedic facility. It's a shame that Rightime has nice people then they refer you to a place that isn't friendly. RightTime please remove this facility off of your referral list.

I've had numerous other appointments for testing and pre and post-op. I think the confusion is with the multiple locations and rehab centers. So the overall rating here is not accurate in my opinion. My partner is now seeing a doctor here and is very satisfied. I go to the Belcher Pavilion and the Bowie location. The Bowie location can be VERY busy but it's smaller so it looks busier. The AAMC location is very busy but it's huge - segmented into different sections for backs, legs, knees, etc... I just had my second carpal tunnel surgery last week and here from Dr. G I am typing away. My major back surgery was a success from Dr. S and I'm so happy.

They are small, but fully equipped. They are very friendly and helpful. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. They also have a pool to help with aquatic therapy. They will perform heat, "STIM", cold, and massage therapy on your problem areas. They don't have a full-sized traction device but they have the smaller, portable units. They work with your insurance companies as well and are very fair with the pricing (in my opinion). I recommend.

I waited in that teeny tiny room for over 50 minutes. I exited the room, found a person, and told the person I have been waiting in that tiny room for over 50, not 15 but FIVE ZERO minutes. They asked what room and what orthopedic medical professional, when I let them know, I was told that the orthopedic medical professional is in the room next to yours, you're next, please go back and wait. NO!! I will not wait In the teeny tiny room for another minute. If I can respect YOUR schedule, YOU respect MY schedule.

My surgically repaired shoulder is completely pain free and has more strength and mobility than the other shoulder. My repair dealt with an accumulation of injuries beginning many years ago involving a complete tear of rotator cuff muscle, large tears in the bicep and subscapularis, a stretched out tendon over the shoulder, bone spurs, and arthiritis. As a senior citizen, there was a significant likelihood the results would be a total failure, and the best expected outcome was a 90% recovery of strength and mobility. When I questioned this I was met with static and further contact difficulty. Since contact was too difficult I changed providers and it took my direct intervention to obtain previously requested records for the new provider and it still took 3 wks for this Dr to issue a discharge letter so the new provider could take over Rx responsibility.
