They arrived on time and immediately started preparing the area around the repair to minimize having to cut through the concrete, dig out the area, pinpoint the leak, and then repair the leaking copper pipe. The floor was protected and the dust was contained by walling off the area with plastic sheeting and venting the dust outside.
