They certainly did not go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and pampered. I found their salon to have a cold atmosphere with fake decor. The young man I had spoke virtually no English at all. The entire time was spent in silence! Not even a welcoming smile! He hurriedly gave me a 10 second hot towel and massage at the end. I reluctantly gave him a tip because their payment system pretty much insisted on it. I will never go back!!!

Lizzii is now the exception to that rule. She not only made me feel like myself, she made me feel like the BEST version of myself.
