I've had my nails done here twice now and a pedicure with three different techs so far. This salon is welcoming and lively, I have enjoyed myself at every visit. It is very clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and happy. I love going to a place where people seem happy to work there! Further, as one family, most of this salon works and lives together which minimizes possible covid infection from my perspective. I felt safe going there (all persons were masked and there are plexi barriers up and sanitizer is available). I witnessed a woman walk in this last visit and use racist stereotypes like "you people" and assume that the team wasn't born here. The team at Nails Time still treated her with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good price (50 for a short fill- and my cuticles were GORGEOUS) and a vibrant environment. Sometimes several tech's will work on your nails to speed up the process - and they will take the time to make sure you are happy. I am very happy and will continue going to Nails Time. read more

Went for a pedicure yesterday and was the worst I have ever had. Not even a pedicure - 3 people had to do one job. Not worth the money or my time to fight with them about. read more

whenever i come to the okanagan to visit, i always go to this salon to get my nails done. very nice and welcoming staff, I travelled 2 hours to get my nails done and they allowed my walk in before they closed. very accommodating :) I appreciate their time and effort to fit me in on short notice. definitely recommend this salon! read more

The ladies are always so friendly! We had a last minute multi person booking and they made time for us and all our services were great! I brought my nieces in for kid manis and one of the gals loaded her up with snacks read more

Super fast service and great quality nails! The spa pedicure is amazing and they did a top notch job on my nail polish. They're always so busy but stay friendly and making an appointment is easy. Would happily go here again. read more

What a huge disappointment! I thought this place was above the rest voted as "gold" recently in Penticton. My female attendant was unfriendly, indifferent and did not make me feel welcome. My gel manicure was substandard to say the least. My finger was nicked and bled! I paid for professional service and expected much better. This place definitely does not offer "gold" service and I suggest you go elsewhere because I will be. read more

This place was clean, very professional and did a fantastic job. Had a fill and it was the best I've so far had in Penticton. Grateful for their service. Was told to go there by co worker that frequent them. read more

I've been getting my nails done here every three weeks and have been extremely happy with the work Ken does. I made an appointment requesting Ken again, but ended up with someone else. She didn't pay attention to what she was doing for me. She kept getting up and going over to the pedicure stations to tidy after a customer left. None of my nails are the same length. She slopped on the gel so carelessly that one nail has visible ripples in it, she made a mess of my thumb nail and tried to wipe it off my cuticle with her own nail. The gel doesn't actually cover my nails and they look like chunky chicklets and I paid $60 for the entire ordeal. I feel like she did some damage to my nails when she tore off the top layer. Two days later and my nail beds still hurt. I'll go someplace else if I continue to get my nails done. All in all, Ken is great, but his wife's work was disappointing. read more

I had an older lady doing my mani/pedi. "Older" meaning that all the other ladies at the salon were in their 20s/30s. She was awful. She ignored &/or argued with anything I asked for. She did the absolute minimum possible and ignored any of my requests. She acted as if she was too good to be providing this service. This was the worst customer service I have ever had doing a mani/pedi. Do not recommend it. Will not go back. read more

I received a mani/pedi today and was very pleased. The young lady I had was professional, friendly and efficient. She was gentle but did not miss a step. My toe and finger nails look beautiful! read more

The only good thing about this place is they take walk ins. I will never walk in their again. I have no idea of the women's name that did my nails, she did not talk to me at all while doing my tips. She was quite rude in the way she was pulling and pushing my hands .She tore my old tips off without any concern for my nail bed and damaging my nails. The shop was not very clean and I would not recommend anyone to step foot in this place. This women was part of the family that owns the shop. First time ever I have left a shop without tipping. read more

I love coming here, the nail techs are super friendly and I have never had any issues with communication as everyone works hard to give you the best experience possible! I have never been to another nail salon with such a good colour variety to choose from and as someone who always gets acrylic nails I am always happy with the quality. read more

Pseudomonas bacteria, disgusting... sadly they do good work, but moving to fast and not washing hands or equipment is disgusting. Bright green moss looking nail,,.. be wary and ask how they are cleaning their equipment between clients. They switch seats and equipment, one thing to have dust but another to have bacteria. Not sanitary... watch, do you see them ever wash their hands or clean equipment ever????? read more

Had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed right after. Lady did a terrible job and was incredibly annoyed by being at work, throwing things around and being rough and rude etc. Had a total of 3 people come and do my nails through this one visit. They should not have booked me for an appointment If they did not have time. read more
