The minute I walked in I felt serene with the soothing music and quiet tone of the front entrance. I was escorted to a waiting area and given a hot towel. Not long after I was approached by Jade who took me into a lovely quiet room to start my treatments. I got my eyebrows waxed, a 30 min massage, a manicure and a pedicure all done by Jade. The experience was so amazing. I walked out feeling so relaxed. Jade was so lovely. She made me feel like I was in very good hands the whole time. Needless to say I brought my husband the pamphlet with a request to have this treatment again. It was not cheap but I was very grateful that I was able to have such a wonderful day. I would probably go back for one or two treatments as apposed to a number of treatments due to the cost. However, as a gift I highly recommend this!!!!

The pedicure was great and the girls were all friendly and chatty. The spa is very new and is a beautiful space. The location is good if you are staying in the area but parking could be a problem in the summer time. Everything seemed very clean and they actually gave me the nail file to take home which was a nice touch. The only negatives were the price and the colour selection. They charge $65 for a pedicure and when you include tax and a tip it gets up to around the $80 mark. Although to be fair anywhere I've been in Penticton that is cheaper hasn't been as good. They also only had about 10 or so polish colours to choose from but I imagine this will improve with time. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'd recommend it if the price doesn't bother you.

My husband booked me in at the Spa last Saturday for 1pm, as I was in class all week. I assumed I would be there until 6pm; the earliest, since it is a 5 hour Package. I was done at 4pm. I did not receive the Hyrdrotherapy Tub treatment that is include package. When I left, I mentioned it to the clerk at the front counter. She said I could have a credit on the card or use the balance to tip the woman who gave me the other treatments. I had already given the woman a $50 cash tip , so I opted for the credit. I was credited $34.91. Not super impressed at all. I will not be returning.

Welcoming us into her beautiful, safe space we got the grand tour while we chatted like old friends. Then it was time to begin by choosing our own dose and what we were called or guided to enjoy. At that moment the anxiety and choices I had about the day were melted away by the carefree, calm and protective atmosphere created by our space holding leaders. Our group was small and our day was a choose your own adventure, filled with thoughtful and creative ideas from our host Starting us off with a guided meditation and grounding at the lake...the beauty was indescribable and a perfect way to start. Next was an intense sound bath in the comfort of Jess' home . She guided us to delve inwards into our colourful journey of healing . Wow was it pretty .... And the reiki drumming was powerful to say the least. Being in the presence of two souls who were there to protect and guide made for an easier journey inwards. Feeling positive , supported and held by their endless uplifting energy kept us on track and our feelings flowing After the sound bath and fading of the psilocybin it was time for the grazing of snacks to begin Lastly we all got 1:1 private sessions regarding our individual intentions for the day.
