My only complaint was it smelled quite strongly like second hand smoke covered up with some sort of air freshener. Also they were not very environmentally friendly - everything was single use. But they did a good job, reasonably priced, and the staff was really nice.

I certainly did NOT receive…read morethe warm pampering service they claim to give, especially since I told them that this was my first time ever having my nails done. They certainly did not go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and pampered. I found their salon to have a cold atmosphere with fake decor. The young man I had spoke virtually no English at all. The entire time was spent in silence! Not even a welcoming smile! He hurriedly gave me a 10 second hot towel and massage at the end. I reluctantly gave him a tip because their payment system pretty much insisted on it. I will never go back!!!

The pedicure was great and the girls were all friendly and chatty. The spa is very new and is a beautiful space. The location is good if you are staying in the area but parking could be a problem in the summer time. Everything seemed very clean and they actually gave me the nail file to take home which was a nice touch. The only negatives were the price and the colour selection. They charge $65 for a pedicure and when you include tax and a tip it gets up to around the $80 mark. Although to be fair anywhere I've been in Penticton that is cheaper hasn't been as good. They also only had about 10 or so polish colours to choose from but I imagine this will improve with time. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'd recommend it if the price doesn't bother you.
