Not sure why the systems states I am from CA when I live in Circleville, OH…read more My parents have been going to R&M for years for their tires. This is not the same ownership. I had a flat and I purchased a used tire to match the tread of the other four. I asked the front lady to mount the new used tire, dispose of the old one, and put the spare back up under the SUV where it belows. I dropped my SUV off at 8:30 am and received a call at 10:30 am that it was complete. I go in to pick up the SUV and was charged approx. $53 for the mount and balance and they did not put the spare back under the car. I informed them of their mistake and proceeded to wait 30 mins. After this time I asked the lady how long it would be and she stated they were busy and she had no idea. I had someone pick me up and asked for a call when completed. At 2pm, no response so I called to inquire and received the run around about being busy and they will get to when they can. I asked for the owner Josh to call me because this was unacceptable. Kyle, the guy who does the tires, calls me to explain that they are busy and normally do not put the spare tires back. I explain I specifically made the request and was confirmed they would do it. He then begins to tell me of all the excuses for him not doing the job and tells me he has no idea when he will be able to fix his mistake. The owner, Josh, never returned my call and I just picked up the SUV. Me and my family will never return to this establishment ever again and I will be sharing my experience with all social media friends I can to help them from making the same mistake with R&M. Could not imagine my 70+ year old mother having to lift a 22" tire with rim and put it back under a SUV.

This place has an old school vibe. Not flashy like the big name stores but more hometown. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first rate service.

I had an accident in February and had my car taken to Perfection One. I understood the amount of…read moredamage would take some time to repair. But in May I started getting the run around and hearing "our goal is next week to be done". I didn't get the vehicle back until August and then it had 6 warning lights on the dashboard lit up. They wanted me to take it like that! They kept if for another month and I finally got it back in September. The sliding door button didn't work; there are 2 globs of putty stuck on the carpet that can't be removed and scratches on the interior dash panel. Since there was no way I was taking it back, I kept it. Now in late September, my air conditioner went out and when I took it to a dealership, they found that the coolant line was up against the drive belt and wore a hole in the line. Without them knowing it was in an accident, they told me they have only seen that happen when someone has done repairs to the vehicle from an accident. That cost me $900 that they should take care of, but I will never take anything back to this business even to get the air conditioner repair done under their warranty. I would rather pay the money than to have to ever deal with this business again. If I could give them a negative star I would.

First, my experience with Kenny, the auto service advisor, was good. He was communicative when I…read moreconnected to check on my car and always transparent. What started in late April as a complete a respray of the roof, front, and rear bumpers of my E39 BMW M5, ended up being a replacement of both bumpers and a trail of poor finish and quality control work by the team assigned to my job. When I finally was summoned to pick up my car after about four months, I arrived to find a broken sunroof slide panel (wasn't that way when I dropped the car off), a broken fog light, a missing front bumper seal, a broken A Pillar cover, a poorly refinished front bumper and downright unacceptable pre-delivery detail. Even Kenny called out the poor quality control for the delivery and he quickly acknowledged all of the issues identified. After another month or so, I called several times to check on my car And was finally told it was ready for pick-up. I was unable to make it to the shop prior to close on Friday, so my vehicle was left out over the weekend. I was in the area of the shop on a Sunday, so I stopped by to find outside. I inspected my car to find a crack in the front bumper. I sent Kenny a text notifying him of the issue. On Monday, I arrived at the shop when they opened and again, spoke to Kenny. By this time, I ended up having to work with Codi, body shop manager. The did the right thing and ordered an OEM bumper from MAG, which took some time. In the end, Codi was absolutely terrible to deal with. No customer focus or awareness at all. You'd think after all this, she would be apologetic and understand, but nope! In the end, I check on my car and learn it's ready. Stop to pick it up and immediately noticed the sunroof slide shade is still broken and the fog light is still not operable. Kenny sends my car to the back to have the light addressed and tells me there is little they can do for the shade, which he stated is a known issue. Kenny parks the car in front, leaves it running and tell me it's ready. I walk out to find about a 2" scratch down my left rear door, which is suspect was intentionally don't by a pissed off member of their shop because of all that went wrong with my car. I was so made and frustrated that I didn't even go back inside. The only way to effectively deal with an experience like this is to not give them my business in the future and share my experience. I've had to take some time to cool off before penning this review, but hope it enlightens others.
