Overly satisfied with my visit. The local Autozone actually sent me to these guys and they were…read morebeyond friendly, helpful, and affordable. They did not try to take advantage of me (I'm a 26 year old woman who knows nothing about cars aside from turning them on and filling the tires) and they were very helpful. I was having an issue with my car where I was smelling gasoline outside of the car whenever I drove it, it also came through the vents if I had my AC or heat on. I brought my car in and got my inspection and oil changed while I was at it. It took a few hours for them to get in touch with me but considering I just showed up and they were happy to take my car without an appointment, that was not an issue. When I returned, they had changed my oil and inspected my car. As far as the gasoline smell issue, the owner (I think he was the owner?) informed me that there was an issue with the fuel pressure sensor and that I should take my car to the dealer because there was a recall on my car (he looked this information up) and the dealer would fix the issue free of charge. Instead of him trying to take advantage and pretend he knew what the issue was and charge me for a bunch of things that did not remedy the issue he researched the issue and pointed me in the right direction. These guys have integrity. They are honest and very friendly. I will certainly be back and recommend everyone to use this mechanic. ** This glowing review can also be found on google along with several others **

Asked them to replace my daytime running lights and they didn't even do that, so i still had to wait for my car when i picked it up in the morning so they could swap out the correct bulbs. And my car smelled like shit when i picked it up.

My battery died, so I jump-started my vehicle and brought it here for service. I was quoted $210…read morefor a diagnostic to check for a possible parasitic battery drain and $425.26 for a replacement battery, for a total estimate of nearly $690. When I asked about the results of the parasitic draw testing, I was unable to get a clear explanation of what testing had actually been performed. The paperwork I was shown appeared to reflect only multipoint inspection. When I questioned the cost and the diagnosis, the service representative became condescending and told me I "obviously hadn't read the paperwork." He then said, "You are a woman, you want a guy to take you to a nice restaurant, not a cheap one," as a way of explaining the higher price. I found that comment inappropriate, patronizing, and unprofessional. After approximately 24 hours, the diagnostic charge was reduced from $210 to $110. As I was preparing to leave, I was informed that my passenger side window was no longer functioning from the driver's side switch, despite working before I brought the vehicle in which is reflected on the multi point inspection results which they ran. I ultimately declined the battery replacement and took the car to another mechanic, who replaced the battery for $197 plus $51 in labor. Based on my experience, I felt talked down to, left with unanswered questions about the diagnostic charge, and would not recommend this service department.

I would not recommend buying a new car here or having it serviced here. This organization is…read moreclearly being run poorly at every level. I'll start at the beginning with the purchase process. When I contacted the dealership inquiring in buying a brand new BRZ I specifically requested to be paired with a salesperson who was an automotive enthusiast so we could understand each other better. Instead, I was paired with Wyatt. He was easy enough to work with, and promised me a reasonable trade in value on my current vehicle once my new vehicle landed in philly. Once I brought my car in for a trade-in appraisal the issues began. KBB for my car in reasonable (not perfect condition) was around 12k for a trade-in. I would have been happy with at least 10k. However, they appraised my car at around 8k and refused to give me a reason as to why. I was so frustrated that I requested to unwind the transaction and refund my deposit. At this point, knowing they were about to lose the deal a manager stepped in, switched my salesman to an actual car guy and upped the offer to around 8800. It wasn't ideal, but I wanted my new BRZ and I said screw it and went for it. After trading my car in I noticed that Ciocca Audi listed it for 15k, so clearly they were just playing typical insulting dealership games and I should have just walked away at this point, especially knowing what I know now. So here's where my issues with the car and with the service department begin: The car is only 3 months old and I take the it in for a horrendous rattle in the dome light assembly. The diagnosis is that essentially there's some pieces of wiring harness up there that are unplugged due to me having a base model, and they came loose and had to be glued back or padded or something. Covered under warranty. (Visit 1) During this visit, they wash my car in the automated car wash even though I asked them not to, and it left a ton of swirls in my paint. I find out later that their car wash went down for service and cleaning (probably because it was ruining customer cars like mine). 7 months later the car starts to rattle again. I thought it was related to the dome light assembly, but it is traced to a loose connector behind the center console/dashboard. Covered under warranty. (Visit 2) 5 months later the driver window develops a super loud squeak and also crunches when going up and down. Diagnosis / replacement was related to a window regulator. Covered under warranty. At the same time, I start to report that my driver's side A-pillar is rattling incessantly for the first 10-15 minutes of every drive. Another 6 months go by and one of the dome lights goes out and by now I'm getting really fed up with the rattles from the A-pillar because they have start to happen on both the passenger and driver sides and continue through the whole drive. 4 months later (Visit 3) they warranty the dome light and start to investigate the A-pillar rattles. They do some stuff and claim it is fixed but it is NOT. 2 months later (Visit 4) They try again to fix the A-pillar rattles and confirm that if they remove the A-pillar covers there is no noise. They say that they're going to add a bunch of foam to prevent the rattle from happening more. I get the car back and it turns out they only fixed it on one side because of misunderstandings at the dealership so now I have to go back AGAIN for them to fix the passenger side. 1 month later, (Visit 5) they try to tackle fixing the passenger side, a service manager has to get involved at this point because this is now the THIRD attempt for the dealership to fix the same rattle. But they fail. It now doesn't rattle as loudly in general, but it rattles more often over even the tiniest lines in the pavement. May 2026: The car has now developed an issue on the passenger side where the window will try to go up and then get bounced back down. I've tried to hold the buttons to do the 15 second reset but it hasn't worked. They said they probably have to take the door card off and clean the window channels. And the passenger side A-pillar is still rattling. The extra scary part of this is that they're adding more material around the air bag instead of just fixing it properly which scares me in the event of a collision. The car is still under the bumper to bumper warranty for another 10k miles or 6ish months. Current day: My clutch pedal squeaks. I've been reading that maybe it needs to be greased in the engine bay, or maybe the transmission needs to be dropped to grease the clutch fork or replace the master cylinder. What is going on with this freaking car???? Also, ever since September of 2025 I have been trying to get a finance manager to tell me how to cancel my gap coverage and I cannot get them on the phone, get them to respond to a Ciocca portal inquiry, nor will they provide me with the info over email. I get sent to voicemail everytime and even the managers at the location send me to voicemail. Seriously. Don't by a car here.
