Excellent Customer Service…read more I've ordered wood from four different firewood companies in Austin over the past few years, and a number of them have been unreliable and disorganized. When I had a little fumble with an order of pinon from Woodchuck. I wasn't really expecting much in terms of customer service because of my experiences with other vendors, but Woodchuck re-defined my expectations. They made things right with my order, and then some. They went above and beyond. I'll give them my repeat business without hesitation.

Nothing is better than $700 worth of wet wood :( To top it…read moreoff .... 3 days of waiting after being told it would be delivered. We let Keegan know we were disappointed, he then told us he would swap some pieces out and has failed to follow up and make this good. Super disappointed and a huge waste of money. Thank you Keegan for the unprofessional response. First - I am not a stay at home mom and neither is the person I split the order with. Next - had I not split the order you would have only received 1 small order vs a large order making your trip more with it. However your unprofessional response proves our point. Still trying to figure out what your horse has to do with this. All we wanted is what we paid for. Response to @keegan. Technically 3 house holds split this and there are a total of 6 of us... 1 is a stay at home mom. So 2 out of 6 upset customers posting a review is not ganging up. The truth is not ganging up, it's sharing so other clients do not get screwed.
