They were sold out of the ribeye so my better half opted for the New York strip it was pretty good. It's a casual setting, you order your food at the register and they bring it out to you. They have a huge fireplace in the dining area so we sat next to the fireplace, relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere. I've been here a time or two and my favorite on the menu is the rib eye and the pork chop. I ordered the pork chop it's huge, juicy and it has a great grilled char. It is just an outstanding piece of meat. I also love their fries and garlic toast. After dinner, I settled in and played a few slot machines. This is what I needed, good food and relaxation.

The Al Pastor burrito was one of the best I've ever had. The Quesabirria was better than the first time. The vibe inside is still very homey, and the staff/grill master are always there to check in and make sure the food is great. Spin Taco really does an excellent job serving up some amazing authentic Mexican food, and they made the salsa spicier from the first time we visited. Moya, the host, was incredibly sweet and so apologetic about the wait for a table--which honestly flew by because you could tell how well the place was being run. Once we sat down, our server Luke took amazing care of us. He was personable, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. The food... WOW. Truly phenomenal. I had the Nashville wrap and my brother had the meatloaf. Everything was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes and green beans that came with it were just as delicious--comfort food done right. What really stood out was how much the team cared--Kelly, the GM, even came by to check in and make sure everything was perfect, which says so much about the level of service here.
