The station has a large parking lot, and like other BART stations, parking is free on weekends. Some of the spots are shaded by the BART tracks, which is a nice bonus. There are escalators going both up and down, making it easy to navigate. They also have restrooms, which is not always common at BART stations. The waiting area has benches, but since it's outdoors, it can get pretty cold at times. It's also a bit noisy because of the nearby highway, but it's not a major issue. Overall, a solid and convenient station for those commuting or traveling in the area.

Called ahead to set everything up, gave them my pickup time, and when I checked in a few days before the trip out of pure travel anxiety, they had me down for the exact time I'd given them. Driver showed up right on the dot. The vehicle was a big clean SUV, plenty of room for luggage, and the ride to the airport was smooth and safe the whole way. Got dropped off right at the door we needed, which matters when you're pulling bags out at a busy terminal. The part I appreciated most was the billing. They invoiced me after the trip, so there was no scrambling for a card or working out a tip with the driver in the moment. Zero hassle on departure day, which was the whole point. It's a much more civilized way to get across the Bay than BART and it's free. I offered $1 at first but drivers seemed surprised and I haven't seen any of my co-riders from this location ever offer. What's really cool about this location is that the Transbay E Bus is located directly across the street. What I usually do is try to get there just before a scheduled bus departure so I can evaluate which option to go with based on the Casual Carpool line. I'm still a UC Berkeley student and AC Transit is currently complimentary so this bus/Casual Carpool system works for me. Once I no longer get free bus rides, I'll probably wait it out at Casual Carpool no matter what. The longest I've had to wait is 15 minutes and as lines get longer, riders and drivers usually allow 3 people to get in the car in order to speed up the line.
