He then left the clinic instead of staying to coordinate care. He provided no information about the nearest emergency departments, no instructions for follow-up care, and no emergency contact information. He wrote a prescription for methotrexate 100 mg but failed to arrange for it to be dispensed or to explain the next steps; we had to obtain and deliver the medication ourselves. As a result of these omissions, the patient required emergency admission to the hospital on Saturday. At the emergency department, staff were surprised that the medication had been handed to us and asked why the doctor had given it directly to the family. Dr. Kandinov also failed to arrange an ultrasound when it was clinically indicated; when we requested diagnostic imaging, he refused and did not record either the recommendation or the refusal in the medical record. All of this was frightening, expensive, and entirely avoidable. In our opinion, these actions demonstrate alarming unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for patient safety. The surgeon who performed the procedure said this outcome might have been avoided because the patient had visited Dr. Kandinov two weeks earlier. However, the doctor did not take the concerns seriously; the consultation appeared cursory. He appears to rush through appointments, spending only a few minutes in each office and not devoting adequate time to patients. Since then I have received the bill 8 times, today I received the letter from the collectors, though I didn't give my consent to share my personal info with the third parties. This is scam huge mess happening, I hope that at least this review can make them resolve my issues that has not been resolved for 8 months already.

There was a taste of upper-class luxury. If you're a first time patient, they make you fill out some paperwork (as usual) but you do this while sitting on a big nice comfy-ass couch. Btw, if you have a 9am appointment & a first timer - you should be out in a little less than an hour and a half. :) The staff - well, let's just say that doctor Reinerston was very well dressed. So much so, that I thought she was the secretary. Then the secretary came in and I hoped to god she wasn't the doctor. That woman had the highest heels ever! Nevertheless, the staff was very nice and comforting. The doctor - definitely knows her stuff and had a lovely office (I took a peak). She was very quick with the procedure but was good with the analysis. In a matter of minutes, she wrote me a few prescriptions, gave instructions (which I zoned out for) and I was on my way. She doesn't seem to pry and get too much into your personal life but does give her recommendations. Side note: She accepts Humana and tries to get the insurance to cover as much as possible. It does however, seem like it would be pricey without insurance; just in case you were wondering.

I used Dr. Schell's night nurse services for almost the first three month's of my baby's life. The nurses were both warm and beyond professional, not only providing care to my baby, but taking care of me as well. I was actually able to rest while they were there and it allowed me to function during the day so I could tend to my boys who were home full time on their summer break. No napping during the day for me, so having Dr. Schell's services were a Godsend.

All my medical concerns and discomfort during pregnancy were repeatedly dismissed and met with "pregnancy is uncomfortable", basically deal with it. This led to missed and delayed diagnoses, including unmanaged levels and late-detected anemia. Insensitive comments about my weight had me feeling body-shamed during pregnancy. I was once asked if I noticed the beautiful thin pregnant patient in waiting room because she was great! During my quick labor and once she actually acknowledged my pain, asking if I wanted epidural, it was too late. At one point, she yelled at me to shut up. My postpartum appointment was impersonal; she did not remember basic details about me and also asked the gender of my child she had just delivered. It was laughed off as she was so busy, how could she remember them all. The associated OB she must work with to overlook her patients, Dr. Cantero, provided rushed, impersonal care. We received quick ultrasounds without much explanation or even time to enjoy the experience. He left the room so fast once, leaving the door wide open while I was reclined half naked in the chair needing help to get up. Worst of all, he incorrectly gave us our baby's gender ensuring he was "99% sure." I still STRONGLY advise choosing a qualified OB over midwifery, especially if complications or health concerns arise. Nelly lacked empathy (possibly the knowledge) and care to send me high-risk help in my situation. With such great reviews on both providers, I felt the need to leave my honest, detailed experience hoping it helps someone. High ratings don't always mean high quality, especially when those reviews lack detail.

I arrive on time, get checked in, have my vitals taken, and get placed in the exam room only to then be told the doctor "won't be here until 2 PM." When I asked why nobody told me BEFORE I drove there and got roomed, they claimed they "tried to call." No. The voicemail literally only confirmed the appointment. Then they told me this doctor "doesn't work mornings." So why was I scheduled for a morning appointment requiring THAT doctor in the first place? And this isn't even my first horrible experience here. I originally got my IUD inserted at this office and it was unbelievably unprofessional. My appointment was at 5 PM and I did not leave until almost 7:30-8 PM. After already having me undressed and waiting, they suddenly realized they "needed" Pap smear results that the MALE doctor had supposedly already arranged to have faxed over from my primary doctor. Apparently nobody communicates with each other in this office. I ended up PAYING for AT&T hotspot/WiFi just to log into my own patient portal, find the results myself, and email them to the doctor while sitting there exposed and waiting. Then, during the actual insertion, random nurses and assistants kept walking into the room. At one point there were FOUR staff members in there, some "learning," others helping, and nobody asked me if I was comfortable with an audience during an intimate procedure. To make it worse, in the middle of my IUD insertion, the doctor started scolding a nurse saying the bed I WAS CURRENTLY LAYING ON hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous patient. Imagine hearing that while someone is literally inserting an IUD into you. I do want to say the nurses themselves were kind and polite to me personally. My issue is mainly with Dr. Magloire and the overall management of this office. The level of disorganization, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for patient comfort and privacy during intimate procedures was honestly shocking. Two visits.
