I brought my 2015 BMW in for a new set of tires because I love me some Firestone Indy 500s. Of course, they weren't in stock and had to be ordered. I was told about two days, which was totally fine. Then, a few hours later, I got the call that they were already in! I raced over like they were giving the tires away for free. They got them installed so fast I barely had enough time to get comfortable in the waiting room. On the drive home, my tire sensor decided it wanted some attention and told me I had a flat. I came back the next day and Jason took care of me, just like he has with ALL of my cars over the years. No excuses, no runaround. He figured out what was needed, ordered the new parts, and told me to come back as soon as they arrived. The part came in yesterday, I brought the BMW back, and they made everything perfect. These guys are awesome. Jason has put together a solid team that takes care of people and gets the job done right. I had an unknown issue with my tire that I thought was something completely different, turns out I had a nail that was stuck into the sidewall and I thought every now and then the pressure would go down due to temperature ‍. Perhaps consistently the worst car shop in my years of getting cars repaired. The time taken to repair a flat tire to replacing tie rods will drive anyone insane, days bro. Oil change EOB but you had a 10am appt., flat tire 3 days, alignments 2 days and 6k later. Poorly managed while being made to feel not valued for business or your time. Emergencies only and expect painfully wait times. Avoid if at all possible. I value my time and money so I'd steer clear of the place. read more

I have used this branch for the past three years. I bought a new set of tires in the interum, and their free rotations and warrenty on them is fantastic. Once you are their customer, they take care of you. Yesterday I had a windshield wiper fly off during the rain storm, they replaced the defective blade for free. Absolutely careless about people time and schedule! On Tuesday 9 AM I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle for tire replacement. Anthony told me it will take 4 to 5 hours. What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment?? Anthony suggested for me to come back Friday at 9 AM, which I did. I dropped off my vehicle and he assured me it will take 2.5 hours. Also, before I left, I made sure Anthony had my phone number, he confirmed he did. I didn't hear from anyone until 3 PM, that's when I called the store. Anthony told me "your car has been ready". I asked him how come no one called me? He asked me "do you want pick it up today or tomorrow"? Completely blew over my question, absolutely ignorant and disrespectful. My ride drops me off to pick up my vehicle, which is left outside on a busy shopping center parking lot, unlocked!!! I spoke with Mike Oliver, store manager, he said if something is missing we're not responsible for personal items. I ask him why is my car left unlocked on the shopping center? No answer. I head home and on the drive home, I noticed greasy finger marks on the interior fabric on both front doors. What else could have gone wrong in your store, Mike? How disrespectful to people vehicles. Now I am at the dealership hoping they can get me in today as I can't keep taking days off of work. There's no chance of me returning to this shop. The first time I went to this location I got the lifetime alignment and paid extra to have them go through my truck as it was new to me. They came back with nothing to report. After chewing through the front tires in less than 1000 miles I took it to a different mechanic and they pointed out that the bolt on the uni-ball was backed off. I went back and the customer service guy was very aloof and didn't seem surprised. He said "we wouldn't have checked for that. My wife took her van today. At 4:30 they said it would be done at 5:30. I got there at 6 and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I was supposed to be somewhere at 6:30. read more

I called this location to see if they could schedule me that day for a small repair/inspection. The man who answered the phone told me to come over and it would be an approximately 2 hour wait. I came right over, dropped off my car, and went to the mall to kill time. I came back after an hour and a half and my car had not been moved. There was no worker in the front so I sat in the waiting area. When a worker finally came out, he asked me what I was there for and then told me they wouldn't be able to check my car that day but I would be first in line the next morning. I was a bit annoyed because I was given an incorrect time frame for service but it happens. I came back the next day, dropped off my car, and waiting in the lobby as the worker said it would be about an hour. Well, thirty minutes went by and my car had still not been moved. It went back about 45 minutes after I arrived. Another hour went by, an hour and a half, and I was not told anything. When I asked for an update they would continuously tell me "20 more minutes". An hour later one of the workers called me to the front desk and told me they were unable to fix the problem I came in for but then gave me a list of other repairs they suggested. I had already decided I would not be coming back here due to their lack of communication, and the fact that I had wasted almost 6 hours over the last two days. I paid for the small inspection they did on my vehicle and left-- with no more answers then when I came in the day before. I decided to stop at a local chain auto parts shop on my way home thinking maybe I could ask them about the small repair I needed and if they could suggest a place to service it. The person at the auto parts shop told me it was a simple fix that they could take care of in 5 minutes if I bought the part. It was taken care of right away. I just don't understand how an auto parts shop could fix my car in five minutes and Firestone couldn't figure out what was wrong after two days. I'm glad I did not pay Firestone a lot or I would be demanding my money back. I will not be returning because they apparently don't know what they're doing. Two stars because the staff was friendly, offered me a discount, and the waiting area was clean. read more

This is the third time I've been in with this new Firestone management team since their change and have been disappointed all three times. There were consistent lack of communication of what is going on with needed service after car was dropped off, there was excessive delay for completion of simple oil change and alignment even though car was dropped earlier than appointment time, and finally I don't trust their skill and honesty since with the last visit, my suv was returned in worst condition with engine trouble that did not exist when it was dropped I off. There was a noted drive test that was performed but I suspect that it was a complete lie since my wife immediately notice the engine stuttering upon driving. Unfortunately the store was closed and we were not able to immediately bring it back to have them check. I will avoid this store and find other options at all cost. I will announce with all who I come across to not place trust in this Firestone store. read more

Sadly I have to write a poor review for Firestone. I've been going to this location for over a decade, and have been using other Firestone locations since the 90s. No problems until recently. They installed a driveline component that failed the first time I put the vehicle in 4WD from a stop. It's now been four months and the corporate warranty department has given me the runaround and wasted lots of my time trying to get a simple warranty action completed. The warranty department does not respond to phone or e-mail messages, and no one else in the local or corporate organization can answer any questions about warranty. I can't recommend an organization that won't back their work, and won't communicate with customers. It's really too bad, since prior to this incident Firestone was my first option for tires, service and maintenance. read more

I am not one to leave yelp comments but have been a customer here for almost 5 years and this is by far the worst experience I have had here. I had an appt for an oil change and dropped my car off at 10am as scheduled. I said I would need my car back by 3pm and if that would be an issue I would bring in another day. The guy at the front said it wouldn't be a problem. When I showed up at 3 my truck was still on the rack, and I was told it would be at least 15 min. Within 10 min they said they needed to order the oil because they didn't have it in stock which would take 5-10 min. Something they should have checked on prior to starting on my car. As a business owner, I understand things happen and I also understand there is new management and short staff, but this is unacceptable. Simple communication could have made this experience 100% better but there was NONE. This will be the last time I will bring my truck here. I hope new management can take the feedback from the most recent posts and make some serious changes to bring this back to where it was prior to the internal changes. read more

I had an appointment to get my two front tires replaced. I arrived on time, and I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment? The price for work was fair. But when I rescheduled the next day because of the wait they said it was another2-3 hour wait when I called on prior. I'm gonna give it one more shot, but if the same thing happens I can't tell you I'd schedule an appointment here again. read more

Went here needing to get my rear brake replaced and all rotors resurfaced. I was shocked to see I was quoted for $1,000 dollars for the service. I asked if I could have the rotors resurfaced and NOT replaced. He said the rotors didn't meet minimum width requirements. I told him I would think about it and stepped out of the office. After leaving he calls me and says that he "spoke with the mechanic" and actually the rotors are within minimum and he could bring down the price to $750. I found that to be disingenuous that they didn't make sure they could do what the customer wanted UNTIL they were about to lose my business. I felt like I was being scammed and so I called another store and was quoted at 250$ for the entire fix. Don't go here. They will overcharge you. Also, I ended up waiting a total of 3 hours one days and not getting seen. Coming back the next day scheduling an appointment, waiting 4 hours and finally getting a quote. And then another hour and a half just for them to take the car down. DONT GO HERE. read more

I brought our company f250 to this shop to repair brakes. This company lied about the repairs that was needed. They started at $600 and jacked up the price to over $1,000. They left my brakes in pieces. I had to drive down the street to an honest mechanic who offered to do it for half the price. My advice to you would be to just walk away. read more

Mike is a master of BSing and time wasting. He will tell you 2 hours when he means 2 days. He will schedule you an appointment that means nothing at all. This shop accidentally ordered me the wrong tire size when the size of my rims is on the tire.. they had one job and did it poorly. From my initial visit it took me a total of 9 days to get a changed tire. Do not visit this location unless it is bare necessity. Worst tire shop experience I have ever had in my life. read more

Tire shops are usually the last place you want to be. Hundreds of dollars just to keep your car rolling is a tough Sunday in my book. My Jeep came "limping" in, one tire having seen better days after it had a party with a box of screws. Fearing hundreds of dollars for a new tire, I popped in to chat with a service rep. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman, asking how he could help. I request help having my car jacked so I could put on a spare. He agreed and grabbed a jack to roll out for me. Having usually changed the tires myself, I was half expecting them to hand me the jack and say "good luck!" The rep inspected the tire and dropped the bad news that it was likely unpatchable. He offered to put the spare on for me, which I gratefully accepted. He jacked up my vehicle, broke out a tool kit and had my new tire on in a jiffy! All the while, no pressure, no sales pitch, just helping a guy out... which I immensely appreciated. Even better, he wasn't servicing a Firestone tire, genuinely just wanted to help. After lowering my car, I asked what would the cost be as I absolutely wanted to cover his time. He wiped sweat from his brow and exclaimed "its on the house, just think of us next time you're buying a tire." You know after that fantastic customer service, Firestone will be the first thing on my mind next tire purchase! read more

We had gotten a flat tire less than a mile away, on the freeway, and couldn't find any other place that was open let alone have the right size tire that we needed. Andy came out to do a full check of all tires and made his recommendations. I was convinced that we had made the right choice in choosing this location. Made an appointment for an oil change. When i arrived i was told that my car holds more oil then they have APPROVED in their price structure. They are priced for 4 cylinder cars. They wanted to charge me $10 for a single quart of oil. I told him I had my own. He didn't answer, just smiled at me. I then asked how long would my wait bet. He then said 2 -2 1/2 Hours! I said i made a reservation i'm not a walk-in. I just walked out. Zero customer service and bullshit reservations for a oil change. That the same time and price as a dealership. I've been coming to this location before it even became Firestone. The staff, both now and then are excellent, friendly, accommodating, helpful and trustworthy. You don't have to worry about being upsold and they will do their absolute best to get you in and out.
