I don't know if it's due to the crisis but customer service was horrible there was one gentleman that helped us keep in mind we pulled up with a flat tire and it took about ten minutes till someone Approached us then we clearly said that we didn't have a lock for the tires Because we had just purchased a car and they didn't have the proper tools to even break the lock we stood there for about 30 minutes and no one helped us all we got was a little bit of air in our tire and questioned again why we didn't have the lock so we left and the tire place down the street from this place actually helped us within 15 minutes we were out of their tire shop !! This location does not do well with appointments and they schedule multiple clients at the same appointment time. Even if you have the same appointment time as the other 5 appointments and arrive before them, you can still end up as the last one serviced of the group. I highly recommend you prepare to leave your vehicle for more than 3 hours to avoid any frustrations. read more

Absolutely terrible. The worst experience. Terrible customer service. I will never go here agian. They were trying to pull a fast one on multiple customers in there. It seem like every customer that came in had the same problem. Everyone had some kind of leak that they could not find I just paid $10 to check my ac. They went ahead and put freon in my car. When they told me they were going to charge $200 to put some dye and freon in the car. And when it run out then they will see where the leak is coming from and it will cost $1200 to fix. When I told them that is way to much they told me to have a set because then need to drain the freon they put in there. So I had to actually sit there and wait until they reverse the job they did. Therefore actually waisting the product. Sick. I will never return. read more

I have been taking our 4 vehicles here for at least 10 years, I so ended up purchasing new tire prematurely. I thought they were honest and responsible until I found a real mechanic! the never rotated my tires when they said they di, The guy's at firestone always told us we needed new rotors before they would do our brakes, just to find out we didn't need rotors. They had my car in twice to troubleshoot the check engine light at the tune of $200 and never found the problem, took it to another mechanic who found the problem right away. I broke my driver side mirror and told me it isn't made anymore we can't repair it, took it to the dealership and they were able to fix it! So disappointed, although the mangers here are very, be leery of what they tell you and get a 2nd opinion, saved me hundreds of dollars when I did. Not a good experience here for me recently. I was charged for services and it was never disclosed to me that there would be additional service fees. It felt deceptive, unethical and just bad business. My recommendation to you would be to be weary of the recommendations made for repairs by the service guy and possibly get a second opinion before you authorize any services and get the cost up front before authorizing anything. I used to bring all my cars here for many years. Richard was always really nice and had great customer service. No one was in the lobby and it took 20 minutes for someone to come in and acknowledge that I was there. The last few times I've come in have been a nightmare. Lots of waiting and a lot of excuses, slow service and no apologies for wasting your valuable time. The customer service has gone down hill big time. The only reason I even went back after the last lousy experience was because I had prepaid for a "lifetime" alignment. It's been a headache to try to get my lifetime alignment. I was told to come back because they were too busy. I'm going on a trip this weekend so I'll just have to pay and go elsewhere. The last time I did have an appointment, I showed up on time and somehow it took almost 4 hours. Do yourself a favor and go to a mom and pop shop in the area. Checked in at approximately 9:30am and it took 2hrs for them to tell me the car required a new tire and a patch on another. Meanwhile a woman showed up with a flat after i was already there for an hour. She got a new tire and was out in 30 minutes. Really guys? I didint even have a flat and came in for an oil change. Trekking forth towards the mountain of Big Bear, we stopped at a local merchant shop called Vons. Upon our departure a kind gentlemen heeded us warning that our tire had blown. Upon further inspection we realized we needed to repair the hole and venture our way toward the nearest Firestone as we had warranty there. Whilst driving toward our destination which was only 3 miles away,much less than a fortnite, the tire exceeded too much pressure and combusted. We called upon Triple A to further our journey towards the Firestone. Upon arrival we stumbled upon a kind sir by the name of BJ and he ever so gracefully guided us towards survival. As it were, since we did have a warranty on the tire in question, he was able to assist us through the entire process swiftly and honorably. We only waited for about 45 minutes before the tire replacement took place. The storefront was placed in a peaceful lot with bustling businesses to keep your wandering eye entertained. Time was of no essence as it felt as though they replaced it with no quandries. And just like that, we were on our merry way to the great mountain of snow. I got a great price on four new tires and an alignment. It's the first time an alignment has felt right on my car which had 119,000 miles on it. (It's a 2002 Honda Accord.) The guys in the front are very friendly. My issue is that they constantly upsell things that you do not need. I have been a Firestone customer for many years. My Firestone in LA (Manchester and La Tijera) were always very honest and I never felt like I was being upsold on things I did not need. Every visit here they are always recommending something more. One time I was called and recommendations were made for services that they had provided at my previous appointment. When I explained that to the manager, he said that he had called the wrong customer. Really? By chance another customer had the exact same things needed for their vehicle? Doubtful.Today, I heard them give the exact same recommendations to other customers while I waited in the lobby. They will always recommend an air filter, a fuel system clean, and an alignment. Just be prepared! This time a recommendation for new tires was made. When they showed me the tread chart, I had 3 relatively new tires. They recommended that one of those tires be replaced along with the one that actually needed to be changed. When I asked why they said it would be better for comfort and ensure that the tires were even on both sides. I understand what they are saying, but that is BS. I have had single tires replaced in the past on many occasions. It has never been recommended that I replace tires that were in perfectly good shape. My old Firestone would actually try to repair the tire first, before recommending a new tire. Here they just simply recommend a brand new tire. Being that my car has high performance tires, I am not surprised at $250 a piece they want to sell me new tires. Be careful. They do good work and they are nice guys, but just aren't very honest in that they recommend repairs that you do not need. Definitely get a second opinion on big repairs. If you are sending someone that doesn't really know, you may come back with all new parts on your car! read more

They always provide exceptional customer service and are very transparent about my vehicle's issues (what needs to be done right now vs. what can wait a few months). They are reasonably priced and make me feel like family whenever my car needs work. They will always make any experience right for the guest -- if your car still has issues after a repair, they will look back into it no questions asked (and no extra money charged). Excellent service! Mr. Quick (Manager) was tentative to my request, ordering me a new tire for my Mercedes C 300 which was delivered the following day. I explained to Mr. Quick that I had to start work at 9 AM therefore it was extremely important that my service was to start at 7 AM. Richard Quick was very understanding of my request. He had me in the following day at 7 and done by 8 am and I arrived to work in time. I was very impressed with the staffs speedy service. Driving home through Pasadena and hit a pothole..unfortunately one the tires had the sidewall damaged beyond repair...the tire is discontinued...the soonest I would get one would have been a week from Monday...I contacted Firestone in Upland since in a Bridgestone distributor spoke with Richard the manager within 2 hours he had one at the store. When I arrived there were a couple of customers ahead of me...I arrived at 4:30 they close at 6:00...Jerald, one of the service staff reealized that one of the jobs was not going able to be completed...he took my car changed the tire and I was all set....incredible customer service ...I highly recommend this facility...thank you Richard and Jerald. read more

Honest, professional, polite auto repairs performed in a timely manner. Staff is great and the mechanics do a fantastic job. My '06 Mazda 3 was making a terrible clunking sound coming from the passenger front side and since I knew I needed new tires (and this is a sister company with Wheel Works where I have always gotten my tires done) I came here. They performed a complete auto diagnostic for $19.99 (considerably less compared to dealer prices) and informed me of my repairs within the promised time frame. BJ took me to my car and showed me exactly what needed to be done. My front passenger strut was loose, due to the poor work done by another mechanic which upset me because I had gotten all struts replaced just 8 months prior. My rear shocks needed to be replaced as well. BJ explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions regarding the repairs. He even told me that the KWG struts I had put on have a 1 year warranty and that I should use that to replace them--instead of taking advantage and having Firestone repair them. I was also informed of the lifetime alignment ($199.99, or $179.99 if you sign up for an account) every 5k miles--a really great deal. Both BJ and Liz (another customer service rep who assisted me) were polite, professional and made sure my vehicle was repaired on time. Liz even waited for me to pick up my car as the shop had just closed. My car now drives way smoother, no more scary clunking sound, and it's great to know all the parts I had repaired have excellent and competitive warranties. Definitely coming back. read more
