They said I needed new struts over 1k. I told them I would get them through my Edurance Insurance and gave them a copy of the contract with all the Info. About a week later I stopped in to inquire why I had not heard from them. The guy said he couldn't get a hold of them and threw my info away. I got them on the phone right away when I got home. Want to make an appointment? Don't bother. I dropped my vehicle off with appointment for an oil change that would take "45 minutes to an hour". I called 3 hours later for a update. it wasn't even touched. I went in to get my keys and they had other vehicles that got there after mine. Customer service was all around terrible. read more

These guys suck at there job DO NOT COME HERE!!! After 4 separate alignments on my car I have had several issue. the first 2 alignments were ok at best. Never reported any problems with my vehicle just an alignment then gone. The 3rd one after one of my wheels blew up on the highway, they claimed they would not touch the car because it had rack and piñon play (a inch and a half both side) also said that my tie rods inners and outers were faulty. (I replaced them all a few days prior) so I was forced to leave and take the car to a different shop, sec shop looks and confirms plus shows me why they did not think it was rack and pinon and just poor quality from Firestone. At this point My car tires are killed and my alignment still way off, i took the car back one last time and explained all of this to them and all they do is quote me 500 for 2 tires and expect me to cover it after being to inconsistent to get there numbers even close. I know these posts never change anything but my call to there district manager or small claims court should do the trick. read more

Normally I am not an auto care kinda gal. I get done what needs to get done, usually with some kvetching along the way. But really for the first time in AZ, I didn't mind getting my car serviced with new tires. Honestly, I think they (& everything else on a car) should last forever. Like on Fame! Anyways, I needed new tires & Firestone had the best price & one that didn't make me hate being an adult. I scheduled an appointment online for the service, received an email confirming request was being sent to the store & THEN it would be confirmed or a reschedule would need to be done. I received a call, shortly before the store was actually open & telling me the situation with the tires. They'd have to look & get back to me because they didn't have them in store. An appointment was scheduled for the next day & he'd get back to me one way or the other. Welp? The ones I wanted weren't available but he worked a car miracle for me we were in business. I appeared today & the first thing I noticed was how cordially I was greeted & then it hit me. There was NO weird car, rubber, mechanic smell. Huzzah!! It was clean. Bright. Free of auto smells. That is a big deal for me because I loathe that rubber, mechanic-y smell. Everyone was so nice! I was treated with absolute respect & no down talk. We even discussed that, yes! He did call me to tell me about the tire situation. What stood out most in that exchange was his statement that he was trying to remember last night, even after work, whether he called me about the tires. Look, some might say he was trying to butter me up I'm good about knowing when someone is BS'ing me. He was not. I felt absolute confidence in what was happening. I scheduled my next appointment before I left & I almost NEVER do that when it comes to cars. It's a "I'll see & wait" but I feel good about my decision. I only wish I'd come here sooner rather than that other National auto store. Check them out. Very nice. Very reasonable & rational. No BS or upsale. Definitely recommend them. read more

I would give negative stars if I could, one star is too nice of a review. My son dropped off his car for two front tires and an alignment. Several hours later and constantly being told to give them 30 more minutes, it's almost done. my husband and son drove down there to see it up but not worked on. Then all four tires were removed, why? When they were reminded that it was only for the front tires, they were confused and shocked. My son was then told that his caliper was seized which was a complete lie. Hearing this, I called to make sure my son's new rear tires would make it back on his car and not replaced with the bald front tires, I was lied to and told that the rear tires were never removed. This place is a sham and full of slimy salesmen trying to rip my son off. Go somewhere else!!! read more

As somebody who got out of the business, I used to be a mechanic for 27 years. I've been spent two years working for Firestone on Bell and Cotton. I just called and spoke to Mike today Sunday the 6th of July 2025. Mike was extremely bothered to be speaking to me extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. He wasn't interested in any small talk, and when I tried to articulate kind of what I was looking for if I was going to leave discount tire he was very much not helpful. He basically just blurted out the price and that's all he was interested in. I'll wait till Monday and go back to discount. I will never go to the store because when somebody treats me like that, there's nothing that store can do as I just won't ever be bothered to spend my money somewhere unfriendly ever again. When I was a tech for fire stone, I used to get compliments on how professional I was. It's amazing that as a tech I could be more professional than the guy upfront. Not supposed to work that way my friends. Do better. read more

I had four tires replaced, an oil change and alignment. For a 2006 Accord I paid $900 just because I wanted it done right. One of the tires was almost flat after a week. It was a bad installation. It didn't seal on the rim or maybe the mech messed up the tire while he was installing it. Now four months later. I had to change the oil and discovered that the drain plug was cross threaded and also I destroyed the oil filter trying to get it off. It took like an hour to remove it. I will never return to this location. read more

Went to get my front and rear brake pads and rotors changed. For both rear and front, paid well over $1400. My brakes started squeaking about a month after having them done. I took it back, they were kind enough to switch them out or so I thought. No less than 2 weeks my brakes started squeaking again. Pretty much was told there was nothing they could do and didn't really offer any solution. read more

We went and had our truck aligned. They sold us the lifetime alignment for 200 and something dollars, and it didn't even work. We were driving down the road and our truck was shaking all over the place and we took it to Toyota the dealer and they were like here we'll take care of it for you. Those people did not know what they were doing. What a rip off. read more

came in for inspection which i setup online, they never did it. I asked then to do an alignment, no alignment sheet was given to me and the car still pulls hard t the right. called to talk to someone about it, they said they didnt know they were supposed to do an inspection, ummm its right there on the invoice and the online appointment confirmation. No sorry, just hey, mistakes happen....ill never spend another red cent at any Firestone or subsidiary. read more

Came in to get 3 old tires taken off. They were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I am so thankful for this place. I had a screw in my tire and air leaking of course. I needed to drive back home to Vegas that day and there was no way I was going without a fix. Everywhere in phx was short-staffed or closed. I finally came upon this shop and I happened to come between their day's appointments so they fit me right in and had me at a $30 fix within an hour. I'm so grateful for their help! Four weeks later and my back tire is still doing well. read more

Bought my old 03 Trailblazer here to get an alignment after putting on a new front suspension but after 3 months either it became loose or was never even put back to began with. I was missing two bolts for the upper control arms. I could of crashed of gotten into accident with the condition they left it in. Came to shop after noticing this problem the service person (Dave) was completely clueless and acted like this has never happened to anyone we didn't want to help us. Had to call the manager the next day to get this done. Came in and they acted very rude kept talking crap about us to other customers. Putting everyone in front of me. If your gonna get service done anywhere I would probably stay away from firestone this will be the last time I ever come here for anything. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars. Stopped by here today to have them put a couple of pounds of air in my tires. This is a newer place and my first time here. It was dead. One car on a rack. I pulled up to the free air check area and the two guys working there completely ignored us. My husband had to get out of the car and ask one of the guys if he could help us. The guy came up and was obviously not happy to be helping us. I told him what pressure I wanted the tires set at and he acted like I was a stupid woman and said he needed to see my door. I have a high end vehicle and it tells me on the dash what the advised pressure is for current conditions. I tried to show him and he ignored it and insisted on seeing the door. Then he puts 51 lbs in the rear when I told him 53. He said he was only going to fill it to what the door said. I told him again I wanted them at 53. He said I could talk to the manager. I said okay can you get him for me? He said, "he's in the showroom" and walked away. My husband had to go inside and get the manager. The manager came out, I explained what happened, he apologized and set my tires to the pressure I requested but he didn't really seem to care. I had cash ready to tip whoever helped me. I won't be back. My family has always used Discount Tire or Big O but I thought I'd give this new shop a try. HUGE mistake. read more

got my oil changed by these people. one manager I spoke to was a nice guy and seemed knowledgeable. But another guy had entered my information into the computer. In the end, I confirmed they put full synthetic oil in my vehicle. The man said ,"oh, no. Thats a synthetic blend." I asked why they used that and he said that "that's what was entered into the computer." The guy who initially helped me tried to tell me I didn't need the oil that the manufacturer recommends..... In the end they put in the oil THEY wanted, not what I wanted. I will NEVER spend a dime at this, or any other Firestone Complete Auto Care. read more
