UPDATE---4/19/20------- A few days after this I was still experiencing the grinding when turning sharp right. I took it back to the Nissan dealership and found out what the issue really was. Firestone had put in TWO LEFT tie end rods(see pic) instead of a left and right. So not only did the Firestone technicians not recognize the screwup they made, they were going to happily charge me another $2000+ for repairs that would not fix the problem. I have called their customer service number twice and spoke to a "supervisor" who assured me I would be contacted by district manager, and then the next time, the area supervisor within 48 hours. Neither of these call backs happened. I would not deal with this garbage company again, or their parent company Bridgestone. They do not deliver quality service or work to rectify after the fact. I would have been better off just paying the dealership in the first place. read more

Great service from start to finish! I had to replace one of my tires. I went in and tried to see if they offer the tire. They did, but it wasn't in stock. They were able to receive it with in two hours of me asking! That time didn't work for me but they were able to offer me a last minute appointment the following day at 10 AM. That appointment went smoothly. Was in and out of the shop in about an hour. They even rotated my tires complimentary for me! Rocky helped from start to finish and was extremely helpful. He even called me to tell me he personally received the tire. Couldn't have been more helpful for a frustrating experience replacing a tire! I will definitely come back again and hopefully get to work with Rocky! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2012 Chevrolet Suburban to them back in September 2019 and had brake work done. We then experienced a heavy squealing. I returned two times in January and the first time they couldn't "find a problem." We took it a week later and they claimed not to hear the squeal. Their tech drove the car around with the radio blasting and windows up. I had to get the manager in the car and make him hear the squeal but they claimed there was nothing they could do to fix it besides replacing the rotors. Fast forward to today, we bring the vehicle to Pepboys here on Marbach and they found the problem, bent disc brake harbor and significant tears in the front pads, IN UNDER 15 MINUTES! The guys at Firestone had said our front pads were fine.... The brake harbors were bent when firestone basically did a piss poor job of a brake inspection. Anthony Garza, the store manager at Pepboys, took great care of us and just earned them a new loyal customer. We just got out for two sets of tires and new pads for $1700 which is business this Firestone location lost due to their poor handling. I give this 2 stars only because Thomas did try to show good customer service. However there were a lot of complications and hassle to repair ONE rear tire on my Lexus... I was set for an appointment by Tony for 10am and was stuck waiting there for 4 hours for them to tell me the tire they ordered was brought in but unfortunately had shipping damage so I would have to come back the next day when another tire comes in which didn't come in until 2pm the next day, it was such an inconvenience for me due to the fact that I had so many errands to run that Monday morning and driving around on a spare all over town was just dangerous and time consuming. I'm 9 months pregnant and just wanted my tire fixed for the safety of my family. Prior to coming in Monday i was told i would get a call first thing in the morning when they opened about the tire, i waited and waited for Thomas to call me on updates l and not once did he call with any new information. I had to initiate both calls and with the second call i was informed the tire had arrived 20 minutes ago that i can come in. In my opinion it's not very professional and the wait for 2 days was just very inconvenient and inconsistent. Furthermore I wasn't told what type of tire I was receiving, so I checked myself and seen I have a Firehawk Indy 500 which on their online site says runs about $88. Yet i was charged $182. Even with the tire installation fees I shouldn't have been charged that much, especially not after i was reassured of a customer discount due to the inconvenience of waiting. I'm not happy with the results and it's disappointing because Thomas was a nice man, just a little misleading towards me. I won't be returning again. read more

I went in to have my brakes checked. I was told that my battery, brakes and rotors would need to be changed. The estimate was around $1000.00. I told them I had a local mechanic to do the work. I paid the $21.99 for the fabricated diagnosis and left. I went to Auto Zone and told them I needed a new battery. They asked me why I thought I needed a new battery and I told them because Firestone told me I needed one. They checked my battery and it was charging at 100%. I bought the brakes and rotors and brought them to my local mechanic. He replaced it all but told me that my rotors just needed to be cut not replaced. I don't appreciate any business potentially taking avantage of me. read more

Went to this Firestone for an oil change and inspection for a 2014 Hyundai Accent and the next morning the car wouldn't start. I called them and Jordan responded that it's not their fault and wouldn't pay for the cost to fix it, then said I could bring the car in but I would have to pay for the tow truck. After requesting for a manager, he said that there was not one available. Not only that but my wife went in for the same thing for her fairly new Mitsubishi and now there is oil leaking all over the floor. I'd rather just go to a "hole in a wall" car shop for half the cost and the same service, if this is how we're gonna be treated with a "not my problem" attitude from a corporate company. read more

It should never take three hours to change two tires, ever. They kept me in the dark in regards to wait time and couldn't even give me a rough estimate. They are not a tire shop. They are a mechanic shop that also sells tires. read more

I had a great experience with them. When I went in there was not much a long wait. They took my car in immediately even though it was the end of the day. There was an issue with the dealership where a part was ordered that was needed to fix my car. The employee at Firestone seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic with how long it was taking to receive that part even though it was not his or Firestone's fault. I ended up having to pay less than the initial quote and had my car ready within an hour of taking it back in once the part was delivered. read more

I took my car to this Firestone to try out their service and to find a trustworthy shop to take our cars for repairs after several disappointing experiences with other "Big-Named" companies. We knew basically what was wrong with our car so we gave them a try. Very courteous service, friendly staff. Each charge was explained, (a few times) and they even offered to stay late so we could have our car the same day. Fixed one problem immediately that another company couldn't fix in 3 trys. We will continue to come back as needed to this shop, and I have no problem in recommending them to friends and family. read more

NOT A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, the worker upfront first is busy on the phone when I walk in. Then I was already irritated knowing that before I got to this location called plenty of times to see if I could fix my flat. The phone rang rang rang forever so I can only hear the system tell me that "there is nobody to take my call at the end". Already a untrustworthy business right here. I do not live close by this location at all, and to only get there so the worker could tell me that because I switched the tires I purchased from one car to another that they couldn't do it. It's not my fault the first car was a lost and had to purchase a knew one. I also purchased these tires not even more than half a year ago. That this voided my warranty, even if it's true. He could've at least been friendly about it and helped me out and another way. Also had road hazard on these set of tires. I just know I will not be returning here and will also inform anybody I know about it as well. read more
