    Had 2 tires installed on my Dodge Ram. Caused my truck to shake horribly. Also during install they horribly scratched up one of my custom rims. (He said at it was from me hitting a curb). Those are not scratches from hitting a curb. The manager said it wasn't them because their tools have coatings on them. (I'm sure the tools did 15 years when they were brand new but highly doubt it now). Only thing he would do was have Firestone reach out to me to resolve issue which never happened. Took truck to Discount Tire, service was great. He said the shaking is because they put the wrong tires on truck. Discount put on 2 new tires and no issues ever since. Note: the 2 tires Firestone put on just "happened" to be in store and he had said he had been trying to get rid of them for a bit. Lucky me. Stay away from Firestone.

    If you want to be talked down to, treated like an inconvenience, seen as an opportunity to price gouge in order to meet sales quotas and gaslit for any concern you voice, THIS IS THE LOCATION FOR YOU! On 9/20/23 I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed a noise right away and when I brought my vehicle back in on 10/19 for an oil change, I mentioned that the brakes were grinding. I was told by Tyler that there is a period of time they need to be broken in and if I didn't do that, they can make noise. I was never told this, and in all my years of owning vehicles, hadn't heard that before. Instead of addressing the noise, Johnathon recommended I get new tires and replace my front hubs and bearings ($3,600) as THAT could be the reason my rear brakes are grinding. I declined the hubs and rotors. I brought the vehicle back on 12/14 to replace the tires as recommended and I asked AGAIN about the noise. Johnathon said he would look at it but when they test drove the vehicle, there was no noise (according to the tech) and the brakes look "great"! Johnathon mentioned that it could be from the hubs/bearings they recommended back in Oct. BUT now, they say the hubs/bearings look fine, instead, I need to replace the CV axle on the front end. ($1,200+) To reiterate, everything I have mentioned about the noise and grinding is in the REAR. When I questioned the recommendation, I was told "often people think it's coming from the back of the car, but the noise is actually coming from the front." I am told to give it a little time to see if the noise comes back. (It never went away) So, I bring my vehicle back in on 3/1 for oil change. I only keep using them at this point because my husband had a good experience in the past, we were sold on the credit card and want to maintain our warranty. When I arrive for my 10:15 appointment, I am told there is no appointment, instead I was marked as a no-show on a different day. Thankfully I have a voicemail from them scheduling it and my days/time were correct. When I mention this, Johnathon says "don't worry, I'll take care of you." Implying that he's doing a HUGE favor for me. I had a scheduled appointment, confirmed by your voicemail. This wasn't my oversight. At that time, I mention the noise in the rear brakes AGAIN, and I pay for a complete vehicle inspection in an effort to address this ongoing brake issue. After I pickup the vehicle, SURPRISE! Johnathon says, "BRAKES LOOK GREAT!" But now I need $6,000 in repairs on the front end, including ABS Brake Bleed (which was just done by them in Sept., less than 6 months ago) I brought my van back yesterday, 3/5 and was told there's no way they can see me until Monday because of their EPIC sales weekend. (The same sales weekend he tried to encourage me to get my $6,000 repair done for. He had room to schedule that, but not look at my brakes.) Johnathon finally said if I drop off my car on 3/6, they would have to keep it and hope to be able to look at it. Frustrated, I have another mechanic look at my brakes, he showed me that my rear brakes are METAL ON METAL and at this point, are grinding so badly, I am afraid to drive it. So, I bring my vehicle back in today at 7am, the first thing Johnathon says is that they won't touch it until I put some gas in because the gas light is on and they won't be able to test drive. It is just anything he can do to brush me off and not fulfill on the warranty. When we push back on his claim that the brakes are perfect, he says he personally checked the brakes three different times and they look great. So my husband tried to show the video from the other mechanic, and instead of listening and addressing our concern, he just talked over us and then kicked us out of the store. When we asked for his regional manager's information, he told us to google it. I don't understand why Johnathon is so resistant to working with integrity, being honest and straightforward, and fulfilling on the Firestone warranty.There must be some corporate incentive and an obvious superiority complex at play. Stay away.

    I still like this establishment, Mitch and Mike do an exceptional job and I trust their opinion professional knowledge. I have a couple of suggestions for the owner, I think the facility could be cleaned more often, especially the reception area and bathroom. I came in Saturday for a tire check and ended up buying a set of 4 new tires, returned Sunday around noon and nothing had been done to clean floors, bathrooms, trash cans and drinking fountains.

    I've used them a ton in the past on 5-10 different vehicles and was all great up until the last 6 months or so. 1.5 years ago I bought new Toyo Open Country AT tires through them with a warranty. They are rated for 50-65k miles. I have about 15k miles on them and they are very well taken care of and on a garage kept car. Today I brought a new set of wheels and made an appointment and wanted them to swap the tires over to the new wheels. They said they can not mount tires over 1 year old and turned me away. I totally understand the importance/safety concerns related to tires and I could see a policy of not mounting tires over 3 years old or even 2 years (or based off tread depth) but am I expected to replace relatively new tires that are 1/4 through their life that I purchased there?

    I really don't know how this firestone is still in business, my mother in law came back from an oil change here and we found: the plastic skid plate completely missing 3 bolts and dragging on the ground, huge grease stains all over both tan seats, oil all over the outside of the car, oil all over the engine bay (has anyone there used a funnel?) And lastly when I checked the oil it was about a quarter inch below the low mark. Needless to say we will be staying far away and will strongly recommend all friends and family do the same unless a manager tries to make this right.

    Update: Their Front Desk Guy Hooked me on a $200 dollar UPsell on my Vintage PU Truck that I had…read morebrought in for 1(one) minor issue involving the PRNDL linkage. Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I'm shopping for one. **I tried to scan & copy the actual Invoice from this incident, but for some technological mystery beyond me - I couldn't get this file search in Yelp to access where I am sure I put the two files.**

I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. I will definitely be back and do more business with them. Locally owned and a family run operation. No pressure selling and I can see why now they have such great reviews. Personal service, taking the time to get to know your customer and excellent communication is what I experienced. I am impressed with my ride and the looks of the wheels. These guys are knowledgeable about wheels, tires, suspension and more.
