I purchased my tires online at Firestone. It was a fantastic experience. Easy to understand and had explanations the whole way through. I scheduled an appointment but decided to call the store to see if they could do it sooner. Brent was exceptional at ensuring they had the tires on hand. He was honest about the time frames and the process. He even arranged transportation home from their store. My only negative was the "ride home". I would recommend getting a friend or family to pick you up. When I contacted the store to report my issues I was directed to the store manager Michael who was expeditious, thorough, honest, and sincere in handling it. My car was completed as promised without incident. I was not pressured to buy things iI didn't need. When they took the car the said they would check the alignment free and let me know if I needed one. I just had one done. I was anticipating them coming back to say Yes just to make a buck but I was pleasantly surprised. They said it all looked fine. So arrange your own rides but otherwise this girl who has always went to discount found better prices and better customer service with a faster service time frame right across the street. read more

I was way overdo for an oil change and firestone was able to get me in on a Saturday. Holy cow $120 for an oil change on a Honda Civic? Thats more than what the dealer charges! On top of that the guy who checked me out was incredibly rude. He charged me out and then said "we will email you the invoice" and then just wandered off into the shop without handing me my keys or anything. Had 2 tires installed on my Dodge Ram. Caused my truck to shake horribly. Also during install they horribly scratched up one of my custom rims. (He said at it was from me hitting a curb). Those are not scratches from hitting a curb. The manager said it wasn't them because their tools have coatings on them. (I'm sure the tools did 15 years when they were brand new but highly doubt it now). Only thing he would do was have Firestone reach out to me to resolve issue which never happened. Took truck to Discount Tire, service was great. He said the shaking is because they put the wrong tires on truck. Discount put on 2 new tires and no issues ever since. If you want to be talked down to, treated like an inconvenience, seen as an opportunity to price gouge in order to meet sales quotas and gaslit for any concern you voice, THIS IS THE LOCATION FOR YOU! On 9/20/23 I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed a noise right away and when I brought my vehicle back in on 10/19 for an oil change, I mentioned that the brakes were grinding. I was told by Tyler that there is a period of time they need to be broken in and if I didn't do that, they can make noise. I was never told this, and in all my years of owning vehicles, hadn't heard that before. Instead of addressing the noise, Johnathon recommended I get new tires and replace my front hubs and bearings ($3,600) as THAT could be the reason my rear brakes are grinding. I declined the hubs and rotors. I brought the vehicle back on 12/14 to replace the tires as recommended and I asked AGAIN about the noise. Johnathon said he would look at it but when they test drove the vehicle, there was no noise (according to the tech) and the brakes look "great"! Johnathon mentioned that it could be from the hubs/bearings they recommended back in Oct. BUT now, they say the hubs/bearings look fine, instead, I need to replace the CV axle on the front end. ($1,200+) To reiterate, everything I have mentioned about the noise and grinding is in the REAR. When I questioned the recommendation, I was told "often people think it's coming from the back of the car, but the noise is actually coming from the front." I am told to give it a little time to see if the noise comes back. (It never went away) So, I bring my vehicle back in on 3/1 for oil change. I only keep using them at this point because my husband had a good experience in the past, we were sold on the credit card and want to maintain our warranty. When I arrive for my 10:15 appointment, I am told there is no appointment, instead I was marked as a no-show on a different day. Thankfully I have a voicemail from them scheduling it and my days/time were correct. When I mention this, Johnathon says "don't worry, I'll take care of you." Implying that he's doing a HUGE favor for me. I had a scheduled appointment, confirmed by your voicemail. This wasn't my oversight. At that time, I mention the noise in the rear brakes AGAIN, and I pay for a complete vehicle inspection in an effort to address this ongoing brake issue. After I pickup the vehicle, SURPRISE! Johnathon says, "BRAKES LOOK GREAT!" But now I need $6,000 in repairs on the front end, including ABS Brake Bleed (which was just done by them in Sept., less than 6 months ago) I brought my van back yesterday, 3/5 and was told there's no way they can see me until Monday because of their EPIC sales weekend. (The same sales weekend he tried to encourage me to get my $6,000 repair done for. He had room to schedule that, but not look at my brakes.) Johnathon finally said if I drop off my car on 3/6, they would have to keep it and hope to be able to look at it. Frustrated, I have another mechanic look at my brakes, he showed me that my rear brakes are METAL ON METAL and at this point, are grinding so badly, I am afraid to drive it. So, I bring my vehicle back in today at 7am, the first thing Johnathon says is that they won't touch it until I put some gas in because the gas light is on and they won't be able to test drive. It is just anything he can do to brush me off and not fulfill on the warranty. When we push back on his claim that the brakes are perfect, he says he personally checked the brakes three different times and they look great. So my husband tried to show the video from the other mechanic, and instead of listening and addressing our concern, he just talked over us and then kicked us out of the store. When we asked for his regional manager's information, he told us to google it. I don't understand why Johnathon is so resistant to working with integrity, being honest and straightforward, and fulfilling on the Firestone warranty.There must be some corporate incentive and an obvious superiority complex at play. Not only did this location do a great job on the service, but they also had the best customer service I've ever experienced at any form of car service center. Tyler specifically was incredibly transparent, helpful, and kind. On top of that, this was the most affordable option either of us could find for our cars. Since then, my girlfriend also needed some emergency maintenance and once again Tyler made us feel confident, reassured, and offered us the best price for the repair of anyone we called. I've used them a ton in the past on 5-10 different vehicles and was all great up until the last 6 months or so. 1.5 years ago I bought new Toyo Open Country AT tires through them with a warranty. They are rated for 50-65k miles. I have about 15k miles on them and they are very well taken care of and on a garage kept car. Today I brought a new set of wheels and made an appointment and wanted them to swap the tires over to the new wheels. They said they can not mount tires over 1 year old and turned me away. I totally understand the importance/safety concerns related to tires and I could see a policy of not mounting tires over 3 years old or even 2 years (or based off tread depth) but am I expected to replace relatively new tires that are 1/4 through their life that I purchased there? read more

Big kudos to this establishment and having Brian on the staff. I took my truck in so they'd take a look and possibly repair a slow leak I had on one of my tires. After a bit, Brian advised me that the location of the nail causing the leak was in a spot they wouldn't recommend patching. He said he could order me a comparable tire but it'd take a few days to arrive and it'd cost me a pretty penny. He THEN recommended a competitor because they'd have a better selection of the special tires needed in stock. I was expressing to him how much I appreciated his honesty and his response was he needed to be able to look at himself in the mirror. How awesome is that?! I called and made an appointment to have my right rear tire removed on my 22 inch rim and put same tire back on my new wheel. I confirmed this before going down and then again at the front desk. No problem they said but since it was Veterans Day and busy it would take a while. I had my wife come pick me up get home and 30 minutes later they tell me they can't do it because they only mount new tires. My tires were not old, manufactured two years prior which they installed and less than 4,000 miles on them since I don't drive it much. I really don't know how this firestone is still in business, my mother in law came back from an oil change here and we found: the plastic skid plate completely missing 3 bolts and dragging on the ground, huge grease stains all over both tan seats, oil all over the outside of the car, oil all over the engine bay (has anyone there used a funnel?) And lastly when I checked the oil it was about a quarter inch below the low mark. Needless to say we will be staying far away and will strongly recommend all friends and family do the same unless a manager tries to make this right. read more

Had full sets of tires put on 2 cars over the last couple years. However, anytime we get a nail in a tire or simply need air... they say they are too busy to fix. I was even there one morning at opening, when there was only 1 car in a bay. Several employees standing around. He told me I would need to leave the car all day, and they would try to get to it. I went to discount tire across the way. They were slammed, so I was concerned they wouldn't be able to fix the tires quickly ( we had a nail in one tire, and 2 screws in another) Discount Tire had me in and out in a hour. read more

I recently took my car in for a oil change and was quoted $59 dollars and an extra $10 for complete check. I then ok'd as thought important. I waited 2+ hours ( I had a appointment) and afterwards the manager Chris telling me over the phone my car needed $2900 in repairs and shouldn't be driving it and had copper in the brake fluid and ( yes 1 tire bad) and needs alignment. He basically vomited on me over the phone and as I was walking back to the shop. All the things he's telling me and not explaining or waiting till I got there. So he wouldn't rotate tires due to bad front left tire. He could of taken off my spare that's new and switched to make sure I was safe!! Once I got to shop he said wait 10 more min which turned into 40 minutes. My wife's car needed a wheel alignment, and after calling two other establishments and being told the wait would be a day or more, Firestone said they had availability right away. After checking in, I barely had time to open a magazine before hearing, "You're ready!" In and out in 15-20 minutes. I also appreciated the printout showing the before and after measurements. Rolled my car into the Firestone parking lot with the help of the employees very happy with that. My car was completely dead when I left it. let them take a look at it for a 100$ fee and was told I had a fried battery and alternator after I got the check up done. Wanted 830 for alternator and 220 for battery. Was able to shoot one text and get it all fixed for only 430 as well as my tires. None of this bugged me until I got the car back when it was supposed to be "dead". But the car turned on this shocked me and made me question why they said what they said. Insane pricing and not friendly made me feel as if I was incompetent when asking questions. Not no professional but if my car was "fried" it should not have turned on for the tow truck. read more

This place is a scam! I went in to get my car fixed because of alignment issues. They said my total was gonna be up to about over 1000 dollars. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and they said none of that work was needed. This is the second time they have tried to scam us . Earlier this year we went to get a tire repaired and they said we had to get a new tire. We went to discount tire and were told it could be fixed. They will try to scam and we will not be going back. I've visited Fletcher's at 25672 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy a handful of times over the years, and overall, I've typically been pleased with the services provided. However, I visited the store yesterday and had a terrible experience from a customer service perspective. Here's how the situation played out, I placed a call to the store around 10:30am to see if I still had an active warranty on my battery. My call was promptly answered by General Manager (I think his name was Michael), who advised that the battery was under warranty. He then explained that if I headed in to the store at that time, his team would be able to replace my battery within 15 - 20 minutes. So, I headed to the store and arrived at ~ 11:00am. Upon walking into the lobby, I observed the Assistant Manager (I think his name was Ryan), who was heavily focused on viewing and/or entering data into his computer. After standing at the front counter awkwardly for a little less than a minute and still hadn't been greeted by the assistant manager, I stated "Pardon me can you help me, I called in a few minutes ago regarding my battery and was advised to come in so you guys can take care of it". From this moment on, the communication from the Assistant Manager was rather course or could even be perceived as rude. Throughout my interaction with this individual, he rarely made eye-contact with me and continued to type away at his computer. Taking all of his behaviors into consideration, I was willing to tolerate it and chalk it up to the fact that maybe he's just having a bad day. However, after waiting in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes and still unsure as to when the battery will be replaced, I approached the Assistant manager again, and asked, "Do you know when my truck might be done"? As soon as I finished my sentence, the Assistant Manger stopped typing on his keyboard, looked up at me with disgust in his face as he stated, "You've only been here for 10 minutes". As you can imagine, I was not pleased with his facial expression or his response. So, I left the lobby and waited out by the garage bays for about 10 min, when the General Manger of the store arrived. While speaking with the General Manager, he extended his apologies for the delay in getting the battery replaced in my truck. He then explained that due to inventory issues a replacement battery needed to be transferred from another store; typically this process only takes 15 - 30 minutes, but for some reason there's been a delay. He extended his apologies for the fact that his team failed to communicate the status of the work being performed, but had no explanation as to why his Assistant Manager behaves as if customer services is a secondary priority of his job duties. While I thank the General Manager for his attention to my situation when he arrived, I'm still extremely disappointed regarding how I was treated by the Assistant Manager. read more

This trip was my last. Arrived at 1045. After being told that the tire I asked for was in when it actually wasn't things went down hill from there. I was given ONE option for a comparable tire which was $30 more and he was nice enough to knock $6 of each. I was told it would take "about and hour" so me and my 2 kids went to Home Depot returning about 40 minutes later only to see my car just being put on the rack at 1150 and there it sat for over an hour. We finally got out of there at 1315 with 2 screaming kids, $65 in extra costs, and nothing said by the manager in regards to it taking WAY over the quoted time. Fletcher's may very well be a great place to go for tires, but for anything else I can't recommend staying away enough. After taking my Jeep in for some routine maintenance and to investigate one problem, they noticed a "small leak" on a rear axle seal. $1,000 worth of repairs and one week later (and being unable to reproduce a VERY EASILY REPRODUCIBLE problem) and I had my Jeep back. The first time I drove it, the problem they could not reproduce immediately reproduced like magic. By the 4th time I drove it, a bearing broke and broke gears in my rear differential. I took my Jeep back, surely they would correct the issue. And they would, for another $900-1200. Against my better judgment I left my Jeep with them again. Then I heard nothing for 6 days, I finally called on a Monday and they said it would be ready by Tuesday at 5. I asked what the total was, and Rick had to ask Mike. When Rick got back on the phone he told me no charge. I was happy, I thought they were doing the honest thing and correcting their mistake. Tuesday at 5 rolled around and my Jeep had no rear differential. Wednesday came and went. Thursday came and went. Friday I finally got the call that my Jeep was ready. I went in to pick it up and you already know the outcome. Sure enough, another $1200 repair bill. If you want a Mechanic who will generally not communicate with you (My Jeep was in their "care" for a total of 16 out of the last 21 days and I received 3 total phone calls.) and when they do will absolutely give you wrong information, Fletcher's may be the place for you. This location of Fletcher's Tire and Auto is everything that gives mechanics a bad name. read more

When I called, Mitch was incredibly friendly and helpful. He told me it would be ready before they closed. As it turns out, Mitch was able to find the time and fixed my tire an hour ahead of time. Here I am, writing yet another review but this location is just too good to me! I came out from my job and low and behold. A flat tire! Luckily my coworkers we nice enough to help me with putting my spare on. I drove it over to Firestone and presented them with my sad Flat in my trunk. One glance and they informed me that there was a nail in it, and they could fix it same day. They also said that I could actually just leave the tire there so that I didn't have to wait. They repaired my tire and called me when it was done so that it could be placed back onto my car. So awesome! I'm so happy that these employees are so customer focused. A simple oil change should take 15 min. Since I arrived early and there was only one car already being worked on in front of mine, I was expecting a wait time no longer than 30 min. So I told them I'd wait for my car inside their building. TWO HOURS LATER.....my car was just sitting there, hood open, wrench on the engine, and absolutely no one in the garage at all. Shawn the GM always takes great care of me. I am able to get things done quickly and efficiantly. They have sold me tires and warranted them when needed. They upscale you services for inflated prices.. since when does an oil change cost $93 before taxes and fees???
