We brought…read moreour vehicle to them and even though they were trying to close up for the day (and the weekend), and we were sure that the problem would be a job of at least 4&1/2 hours or more, they immediately made sure we could find accommodations and would be OK while we waited for the repairs (especially since we were from out of town and only passing through), then they immediately put the car into their shop & started checking for the problem. Before we could even get a Uber or Lyft they came out and told us they had fixed the car already. All it needed was a need radiator cap and 1/2 quart of oil, and they REFUSED to accept any money for payment. They fixed our problem and had us back on the road in no time at all and charged us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! They are the absolutely BEST, nicest, kindest mechanics I have ever met!

We limped into Payson with a busted radiator. Even though they were quite busy, they got us in to…read morereplace our radiator and stayed late to make sure it was done right. Unfortunately, they also had to replace the hoses. So Scott came back on Sunday morning, even though they are closed, to replace the hoses and get us on our way. Our truck tows our 5th wheel and we are on our way to Amarillo TX by Sunday night. The manager, Justin, let us plug into their shop so we were able to run our fridge and spend the night in our trailer. We are very happy customers and definitely recommend Big O Tires in Payson.
