Nope, not here. I have been going to this store for years to get my tires. Had some bumps but mostly let them go. Last week I scheduled to get tires on my sons car. Two days in advance 9am appt. My son arrived and not only did they not have the tires they didn't have a technician available to do the work. It was OBVIOUS nobody looked at the work order until my son walked up to the counter so completely unprepared to do the work. I am done. I will never go back to this location for tires. read more

I got there about 20 minutes later and my car was on the lift still. It is now 437 and I'm still waiting. How does it take close to 7 hours for new tires? Great tires here and other car services like brakes, oil changes, etc. I've been getting tires here for 20 years, and even before that, I bought my first 10-speed bicycle here back when they sold bikes. I can still see the beauty sitting in the window. The showroom isn't much to look at these days, but they have free wifi and the service managers give you the straight shooter deal. I've never been disappointed with Firestone or Bridgestone brand tires. Ask for sales or specials. Free rotation service comes with the tires! read more

Went in on Sunday for 2 new tires and an oil change. Due to low inventory I only had one option to choose from. They gave an estimate of over $400 for the two tires and oil change. Since this was a necessary fix, we decided to pay for it. After going online, the tires we purchased retailed for $108 per tire, not the $189+ we were told. I called into this same location today for a quote for 4 tires of the same type we purchased, and they quoted $417 for FOUR TIRES, not 2. For the amount we paid on Sunday, we should have been given 2 additional tires. It's unfortunate that we were taken advantage of during a time of dire need for new tires. They knew we didn't have another option. I'm not sure if the employees are on different pages in terms of quoting, but this whole experience has been ridiculous. read more

Please read what they don't want you do know!!! 4th time re posting. we got them worried!!!!! Brock The store manager keeps on deleting, What does that tell you!!! Do not use Firestone!!! Take the time to send review when you have an issue!! We will get them to either change their ways or shut them down to Tires only!!!! My drive-able S10 blazer was in for rear noise and have lifetime wheel alignment. They came back with rear differential needing service and that they do not do. Also you think they would note ( to cover themselves) on work order that they had to open the hood with pliers because the hood latch release was broke when I went to open the next time needed. Still had a slight noise on backing out of drive only after alignment. Took to Car-X, my rear end noise was the wheel bearing not the rear differential as Castleton Firestone stated, replaced and is fine. Called Corporate to talk to the regional rep, one issue is lack of master mechanics!! So corp or supposedly corp wanted the store manager to deal with my issue or that wants Brock the store manager stated when I said I will call corp back if I dont get a call from Reg, Rep. Wanted to address Westfield store that quoted over $1300,00 of alignment parts on 8/2021, took car too the Castleton Store, (still had Master Mech at the time, Aligned blazer with no parts needed. All suspension parts were replaced 12/2019 so I new quote was incorrect and when I called the Westfield store back, Tech that did the quote was no longer with the company. Gave my concerns to Brock, all he could do is apologize as this was not his store. My concern on the alignment was the tech only spent 20 minutes doing the alignment and still having the minimal noise issue and brought up the hood release. When asking which Firestone (master mechanic) I should take my vehicle to he was all over the place! Suggesting other locations then came back to the Castleton store. So again I brought my drive-able Blazer back to them, They brought me out to vehicle and pointed out the inner/outer tie rods with connection sleeve along with the steering bar that connects the front wheels together was bad along with I had a front differential problem. Had an issue with Brent as I called him out on the information he provided! Stated sounds like your talking out your ass when mentioning that he never told me I had a problem with my rear differential. Written on my invoice rear diff needs service! So they chose to refund my lifetime for my harsh words. Driving back to work after they looked at it Blazer was severely pulling to the right and had to hold the steering hard left to drive straight. Took back to Car-X, They found both tie intermediate sections loose! This piece holds the outer and inner tie rods together. So my harsh words this is what I get!!! Can you believe it, Car-X aligned with no parts needed!!! They fall short as mechanics! Best to use only for tires only change! OH, and make sure your hood opens, the trunk opens,etc. spend 30mins before you leave! Keep the review coming, We need to shut them down!!! Or go to tires only!! I will be seeing if the news would like to cover it!! The way I stated it to Brock, How would you like for your mother to get that $1300.00 estimate!!!! Coming for you!! read more

After being hit with a case of Indiana Winter Potholes, we took our car to Firestone based solely on the love past Yelpers have given this spot. After dropping our car off in the morning, we received a call outlining the "recommended service" that were found following a look-over of the car. Sure they recommended some necessary repairs and quoted you as such, but never did we felt like we were being sold services our vehicle didn't truly need. Prices were fair and repairs were speedy. Would highly recommend booking an appointment online before you stop in! read more

Was really fast, but when we called over the phone we were told the part would be $30/$40 and that the total would be about $120, then when I got the bill it was well over $200. When I asked about it out of surprise the guy at the front desk got a little rude and told me "well unfortunately you have to pay for labor!" I know that dude I just wish you had told me there would be a hundred dollar difference in what you quoted me versus what I paid. Won't be back. read more

First of all, no offense to the employees, but if you make an appointment to get something done....have the parts already lol. You knew what car I had and everything and now I have to miss work because no one knew how to do their job. On top of that when I brought my car in it was silent and now it makes a funny noise! Oh wait it gets even better, not sure if it's cause i'm a woman, but they also added in a diagnostic service I did not ask for or need that was $100, hmmmm....Another edit: I just got estimates from jiffy lube, meineke, midas, and an auto body shop in Muncie and they all quoted me $350-550 when these assholes tried to threaten me to leave my car with them when their estimate was $950... what a sexist scam. I made an appointment online and they did the work promptly & correctly. They were very honest and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.
