I came to get a oil change today and I've been coming to Firestone for over 10 years with my other vehicles and I get a full synthetic oil change is normally around $60-$80 this time around I'll come to get the oil change. I'll come to pay they add the coupon on it's 140 that's more than Cadillac charges. And then when you look at the explanation of your charges, it says 8999 for up to 5 quarts. They said it was three additional courts needed and charge $1.66 times 30. The quality should've been three not 30 and they say that's how they ring it up in the system that's unacceptable and misleading. I will take my Escalade back to Cadillac. And I'm going to show y'all this is with $25 off hold on. So you're charging me $49 and some change for three extra quarts of oil. This is unacceptable read more

Got lied to again. Caught them trying to charge me for a full front wheel alignment when all they set was the toe-in. When I challenged them the sales-person first told me that my vehicle (a 2010 Ford Ranger) you can't adjust the camber and caster (which is incorrect). When I challenged her she went to the "technician" and came back with "It's not your truck, the machine won't let them set camber and castor.". When I got an face-to-face estimate the afternoon before I brought it in I was assured they could do a full alignment (camber, castor, and toe). And to make matters worse, they sent me preliminary alignment sheet at 2:41pm, she called at 2:52pm to tell me it would be done in an hour. I arrived about 15 minutes later and the truck was sitting on the floor in a bay -- not the one with the alignment machine. She told me about 20 minutes later it was done. The truck never left the bay it was in and the "final" alignment at 3:37pm matched the one she had sent at 2:41pm. So who lied --- the sales person from the day before (maybe), the sales person on the day I dropped it off (probably), or the technician (most likely). And BTW -- they tried to get me to replace a battery (1 month old) and flush my cooling system (I had drained/refilled it 5 days before). read more

They also checked my brakes and did a comprehensive check for $10; they did not try to upsell me on any repairs. The service was done promptly in about 30 minutes, and I have no complaints. I dropped my car off late Friday afternoon. I received a phone call Saturday afternoon, late, so I was unable to call back and get any feedback. I called Sunday about my car and I was told that my car was not there. The young man who answered the phone said that he did not have my car there and I must be calling the wrong Firestone. I spent about 10 minutes trying to convince him that I was calling the facility, even naming things that were near it, including the Chick-fil-A, to convince him that I knew that's where I dropped my car. Miraculously , my car was there, it was listed by the wrong year. The 2006 looks nothing like the 2012, but hey, they're only car people what do they know. Then he proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car. I knew there was something wrong with my car. That's why I dropped it off.and the clicking sounds were standard with that vehicle. I only needed to have some flushing fluid to make it and ride around in it. Ten minutes later, after I hung up the phone, he calls back and says the mechanic walked in and he had some bad news. My engine is completely gone and there is nothing they can do about it. Wait, what happened to just needed some fluid to wash it out? Then he preceded with he trying to convince me it was the write up. Fact is, I knew there was way more than the engine and they made NO mention of it. There's a big difference between a new engine in some fluid just wash it out, do you think? Believe the reviews, don't take a chance. Very Very poor customer service. Twice I went there with an appointment and I got sent away after I had taken off work because they claim that no one was there to mount my tires. The way that they talk to their customers is outrageous. The management especially Bill Nicholson speak in such a condescending manner. Brought in my 1997 F150 for tune-up and new spark plugs. Fingers crossed after the 3rd time I came in this week the job is done. I have visited this location for years and have had a decent amount of work done without any issues, but I likely won't be back in. Lack of training, inconsistent customer service, and quality control issues all seem to be present now. This is an increasingly common issue across retail, but it was real clear in this case here. In general there didn't seem to be much concern I was back for the 3rd time for the same work. The quality control when literally my check engine light popped on 5 minutes after leaving the store (visit 2). Not sure I ever saw a manager or an overall location manager. Bottom line, if you need anything more than oil or a new battery I would recommend avoiding. read more

I made an appointment online the day before for an oil change on a car that doesn't require much work pand then take my car the next afternoon. ALL day goes by and I get a call 20 mins before they close Saturday evening. The phone call started with a laugh and "sooooo umm yeah we didn't get to your oil change". First off as a employee, don't laugh...does my car needing service seem like a damn joke to you? No! I waited all day just to hear I could leave my car until Monday. I was waiting in line to pick up my car, and this guy walks in a few minutes after me. He steps in front of me and I'm sure everyone who was in the front noticed that but they still took him before me. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Service provided. I have been to other Firestones and haven't had issues that I had at this one. We got our tire shield replaced and did the inspection. When we went to pick up our car my wife and I decided to inspect the work and then saw that the tire shield wasn't fully fastened because all the screws weren't replaced and when brought up to them pins were used rather than screws to fasten the tire shield. Also we used our Wipers to clean then window and saw that a part of the wiper was torn and it wasn't like then when we dropped the car off. When brought to them they said they recommended we change the wipers and wouldn't take responsibility for damage potentially sitting their inspection. I usually enjoy Firestone service but I will make a strong effort to to ever visit this location again after the horrible service we received. If we never would have inspected the tire shield ourselves we would have driven off thinking the job was fully done when it was only partially done even thought we paid the full price for the service. read more

I visit this Firestone because it's super close to where I live. I've even dropped off my car for an oil change and walked home only for them to call 30 minutes later saying it was ready... So technically there was no reason to drop it off... But the reason I did drop it off that one time is because they are always busy here and were slow when it came to oil changes. Like the wait was over an hour for an oil change... But the last few times I've gone they've gotten faster and the wait is under an hour. Last year they were selling coupon books to raise money for a Charity... So I ended up buying one and was able to use a 20$ coupon for an oil change that day. I think I was heading out of town too... I'm always getting my oil changed before heading to Mississippi. Anyway the book expires December this year and I've almost used up all the oil change coupons... And actually... I pretty much only trust this location to do oil changes for my car... Not too great with their other repair services... But overall this location is OK in my book. Service is fine, and making an appointment helps as well. But be prepared to wait if there are a lot of cars there and you did a walk-in visit. And bring headphones, your phone, book, etc... Over $600 later, the check engine light is still on, they didn't replace the oil filter, and the work they claimed to have done is being re-done by another shop. Said they replaced the valve cover, and the car is still leaking oil and the other shop says it needs a new valve cover (2 weeks later). Don't take your car here. read more

I had an appointment at 3:30 PM, for an A/C check FYI appointments mean nothing to them here. I was told it would be about an hour. I went to get some food. I called him after an hour and a half and asked him if it was going to be ready, they said they would call me back. Guess what ??? They never did . After 2 hours I walk back over to the facility. Guess what ?? The car was sitting there. There was no one in the office , The guys were sitting in the chairs inside the bay joking around with each other. The best part ? The guy that checked me out said he knew nothing of air-conditioning repair, (his name could have been jon snow)but would try to read the notes. Guess what ? He couldn't . Told me he didn't know really, but looks like I might need over 1700 in work , in the future. Thanks buddy ! I know nothing of giving you my money . I've had good experiences here, but that crew of workers is long gone. The new manager and new employees are the worst imaginable. Rude. Shady as heck. Scam artists. I went in for an oil change. Made mistake of asking them to check the wear on my front end. They come back with an insane $1,500 estimate, which included tires! Kept my car on the rack for TWO HOURS!! I was livid. Finally, I said, I have to go, get my car down. I complained about the time it took, rude girl reminded me that 'I asked for an estimate'. Oh, OK, so it's MY fault. Fine. Was super-impressed with my total experience. I made an appointment online the night beforehand for "B1" service--oil change and tire rotation. I also requested tire balancing as well. This was my first visit to this location. I arrived on time and only waited a couple of minutes before being checked in. The service staff advised that due to my mileage and because I was not experiencing any shaking while driving on the highway, I didn't need tire balancing, saving me $50. Very pleased to save money! I in turn spent extra on replacing the wiper blades which was still less than the $50 savings. I was in and out in a little less than hour. I am rating this Firestone location for their excellent service. I can't rate the product (4 new tires) as I just bought them. I scheduled an appointment online. When I went to the shop, i was greeted in friendly, yet professional manner. I arrived a little early, yet they were able to accommodate me. Installation of the new tires took about an hour, and they performed an alignment check as well. Overall experience was very positive and I plan on returning for future tire needs. As for the tires, I opted to go for a different set, which also happened to be in stock. So far so good! The facility provides a comfortable waiting area with TV and reading materials, as well as free wi-fi. read more

The technician and service manager, spent time with me. They did an oil change, air filters for engine and cabin while cleaning the max air inflow sensor. They also cleaned the engine throttle again and added and an additive to further eliminate causes for engine stutter are various speeds. All of this was done in under an hour and for under $100. Not all Firestone stores are the same. Most are good. Some are exceptional. Go loaded with coupons as Firestone coupons took $50 off the total. They also checked for balance and alignment since I have lifetime brakes, balance and alignment with them. I might invest in the lifetime shocks and struts with this team. read more

I got an oil change, two new tires and a rotation. I didn't expect one of my tires to be unrepairable but David really took his time to help me find the best possible tire to fit my budget! The staff was friendly and honestly for two new tires with warranty and a synthetic oil change it was very reasonable! They quoted me the price up front so there was no surprises at the end. I was in town after driving from Los Angeles and needed an oil me tire change. The staff here made it their goal to make sure I had everything taken care of in a timely manner, INCLUDING driving to another store to grab the correct tire for our truck! I am always impressed with the friendliness in Georgia, and this was just the cream on top. I also witnessed them taking care of other customers while I waited, with the same amount of consideration and attention. WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF FOR AS MUCH $$ AS THEY CAN GET! I brought my vehicle here to get a quote for brake pads and rotors. The initial quote was just shy of $800!!! They eventually went down to $580 saying that both my front and rear break pads were "severely worn out" and that my front rotors were in just as bad condition. They did say my rear rotors could be resurfaced. Then they want to charge me for brake flushes and all kinds of other "up-sale" items. I declined their service that day. I went to another location that is a family own business. They looked at my car and quoted me $124!!!! MASSIVE difference from even just $580!! When I asked how their quote was so low, the owner replied "you only needed rear break pads and the rear rotors resurfaced" when I asked about the condition of my front brake pads and rotors the owner replied "you still have at least 30,000 to 40,000 miles to go one the fronts"!!! I was shocked!! Firestone will take advantage of you for everything you have!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I'll never go here again! Oh and just to add. I went to their other location down the road by target at 4219 Roswell Rd. In the 15 minutes I was waiting there, 2 customers came in there IRATE over their vehicles not working after service.
