I would not recommend this auto shop. I go to places just to see their services and write reviews to help others... when I'm at your place of business I'm there because I've been told there an issue or it's a good place to go. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Firestone location. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. Before authorizing the diagnostic, I specifically asked whether the diagnostic would be honored if the same issue returned. I was told that it would. After paying the diagnostic fee, I was given a diagnosis that I questioned because I had already addressed that repair in the past. I explained my concerns, but I was assured the diagnosis was correct. The very next day, the exact same check engine light and code returned. I brought the vehicle back, and the service advisor told me there should be no problem rechecking the vehicle at no additional charge. He scheduled me to return the following day. When I returned as instructed, the manager informed me that I would have to pay another full diagnostic fee for the exact same issue. I explained what I had previously been told, but that commitment was not honored. While waiting, another customer came into the service area visibly frustrated, stating that he had returned multiple times for the same problem and had spent over $1,200 in diagnostic fees. I cannot verify his experience, but hearing that made me lose confidence in continuing with this repair. At that point, I requested my keys before any additional work was performed and left. I had also waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment before making that decision. Once I returned home, I used my own professional scan tool, researched the issue, and compared the diagnostic information with manufacturer resources and repair information. Within minutes, I identified what appeared to be the actual problem: the EVAP vent solenoid. I purchased the replacement part for less than $60 and installed it myself. The repair took only a few minutes because it was a simple plug-and-play replacement. After driving the vehicle, the check engine light cleared, and my scan tool confirmed the repair had resolved the fault. Based on my experience, I lost confidence in the diagnostic process at this location. I expected the original diagnostic to identify the correct issue or, at the very least, for the store to honor what I was told regarding rechecking the same problem. Instead, I was asked to pay another diagnostic fee before the original diagnosis had been verified. Also vehicle came back with more issues that were not present at all tpms sensors unlearned and door hinge is somehow broken.. these are items that are extremely unlikely to break due to just being replaced and or serviced correctly. This review reflects my personal experience so other customers can make an informed decision. read more

Walked on a Sunday and got my inspection done! Great customer service ! Will def come back

A great job on my tires and the balance and the performance of the car. Suggest you make your appointment to reduce your wait time. read more

I had an appointment at noon for yearly inspection. Arrived at 11:45, but they didn't move my car until 12:31. They finished at 1:15. Could be partly my fault for arriving early, but I don't think they should start my appointment 30 minutes after the scheduled time. read more

We get our tires changed out here every year when we go from summer to snow tires and back. I find the pricing to be reasonable and we had an issue one time and they resolved it with no problems. If people are friendly and deliver on time. Did you have a problem with one tire or a lug nut would not come off. They did take it off and replace the tire but told me that they would not do it again. I checked with my mechanic on it and he said there was no problem with it. I guess you can't get it right all the time. But we have found them reliable and cost-effective. You won't be disappointed by using them. read more

Customer beware! You will likely be scammed. Had two negative experiences with this business in a row. Took my car there to get a patch in the tire, and was told that it could not be fixed due to the nail being on the edge of the tire (it was basically in the middle). Then received a statement saying it would cost $2200 to fix all the issues with my car, stating that my windshield washer fluid was contaminated, oil needed changing, needed all 4 tires, etc. Said that we didn't want those and to just fix the tire and they still refused. Ended up taking the car to their competition down the road and got it patched for $20 and had no further issues. Came back a few months later to get an alignment after doing ball joints, since when we bought the tires we got the lifetime alignment included. Told them not to touch anything else and just do the alignment. Receive a call an hour later saying that the ball joints are shot and need to be replaced. After telling the employee on the phone that they were brand new and that's why we needed an alignment, he realized he got caught lying and tried to change the story by saying that they were installed improperly. We said thanks for the suggestion but we just want the alignment, to which we were denied because the ball joints were, "in too poor condition". When I went to pick the car up the guy told me that I could try to get an alignment somewhere else but that, "it wouldn't go well for me". So after receiving my vehicle I decided once again to take my business elsewhere and to no surprise, was able to get an alignment without any issues whatsoever. So to summarize this business will try to up charge and tack on extra repairs as much as they possibly can. I would recommend anyone to take their money elsewhere and not be swindled by Firestone. read more

I have now been sitting in their smelly waiting room fo 2 hours waiting for a state inspection. I arrived on time and was told this would take an hour. After an hour and a half I was told I needed a new light bulb. Of course they couldn't do that today. So now I'm waiting for them to find a time that the light bulb changing guy will be back. I can't figure out why it takes this long to ask the light bulb specialist when he will be able to change a light bulb. But here I sit. I will be needing new tires soon and know where I will NOT be buying them. read more

My Car has been in now for the 4th time. They did fix two previous issues.&2500.00. I had then change the oil and check fluids. My Audi was running hot they said they could not figure out the fan not working. I told them where the fuse was for the fan. I ended up changing it myself because I picked it up as they had it for a week. Now the Antifreeze is leaking out fast , never had this issue. I took it back Monday today is Saturday and they have no clue what was worked, on if anything. Never called to give me an update. I was told to hold for two hours because it's the mechanics day off and he likes to sleep in??? WTF??? read more

Excellent service as always, very friendly and accommodating staff. My car needed a big repair so it had to stay over night and the manager himself offered me a ride home so I didn't have to wait for my ride to get out of work. All employees are very personable and upfront about the repair work. I've been bringing my car here for 3 years + and I personally wouldn't take my car to any other shop in the area read more
