Absolute joke. New management (Ruben) is rude and plays games. If I wasn't very hand with cars myself I would've been screwed for my "alignment" by what they called a "toe and go". Which means you get a half a$$ alignment for the whole price. They were either totally negligent or just didn't want to align my car because it's modified, mind you, stock suspension in the front. The rear has adjustable arms, and I get that not everyone knows how to adjust that, but just say it don't schedule me anyway when I disclose that ahead of time. Spent 3 hours of my day loading my car onto a trailer, driving it there and waiting 40 mins after my appointment time for my car to be even looked at. And yes, I called ahead when scheduling my apt and disclosed the modifications to the car. Last time I was there in 2021, they aligned it no problem. Will never be back to see these clowns read more

Really helped us out during a road trip up north. Car lights flashing - check engine, abs, cruise control, etc. We're open at 7am on a Saturday - ran diagnostic and discovered it was loose and damaged abs wires, so they replaced front and back left. And replaced headlight bulb. Just a few hours and back on the road. read more

I was fueling up my vehicle at a nearby gas station when I noticed that my tire was flat. I tried airing it up at the gas station but air wouldn't go in cuz of how low the tire was. I asked if they could just air it up or check it and they said it would take 2 to 3 hours. I asked if they could just add air really quick which takes a few minutes and they said no. I'm a technician and my shop would be more than happy to air up tires without performing a vehicle inspection. it's unfortunate that the only tire shop nearby doesn't offer quality service. read more

Taking my car into the shop has always been difficult for me. As a younger woman who doesn't know much about cars these auto care shops sometimes tend to overcharge me and i've had some very bad customer service experiences but with this firestone location it's the complete opposite! Had a rear brake issue on a Sunday so I figured I'd have Firestone take a look since my normal shop wasn't open on weekends. They told me I had a seized caliper and told me it would be $950 to repair my rear brake -- caliper, rotor, pads. I decided against it and got it in to Auto Medix a few days later. Auto Medix said the caliper was fine, replaced the rotor and back pads for $340. Firestone was going to over charge me by $610. read more

Would go to zero stars if I could. Made an online appointment first thing in the morning for 1pm. 3 hours later I get an email to call for confirmation, at which point I am told that they can't actually get me in until thursday; for a simple flat repair. Asked why I could schedule online for a spot that they can't honor, I was told that online does not sync with actual shop....... How hard is that? 3rd grade programming stuff here that they don't have. Kenosha tire is the only place to go in this town. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After calling and speaking with Matt to order tires. It was pleasant and quick, he said they were in stock and I could pick up my 4 tires no problem. So i said perfect I will be there tomorrow at 7pm. He said he would set them aside. When I get there at 7pm after driving an hour to the shop I am told that the tires are on B/O. Was told just call Matt and we would work something out. So I called Matt on Friday and was informed that the tires were on a back order but I was never called or informed. So I wasted an hour of my time driving to a shop for nothing. All he had to say was sorry. He did not offer me any kind of discount for the inconvenience. Mind you 2 years ago they did the same exact with tires to my truck but handled the situation way better. What was suppose to take maybe an hour to do, took this shop 3 days, very unprofessional business. I get that mistakes happen but for it to happen to me twice! I will never go to a Firestone again. They really need to rethink how they handle things. read more

Went in to just have two tires mounted on my 2016 Ford Mustang GT yesterday. Called right when they opened and a woman named Megan answered the phone. Even though the job I needed was simple, I made it stupid complex for them, but they were happy to help. I got a free alignment check, each tire to mount / balance was either $20 or $25? They have a brand new mounting machine that will not scratch your wheels. (that's why I went there). Check in was easy, quick, and simple. While sitting in the waiting area several customers came in and h immediately knew there names and they caught up with each other, she called to tell me the alignment was off a little bit and if I wanted it, I asked her if I needed it or if I could wait till I got the new tires, she told me about their lifetime warranty so she recommended it but said I could wait, then check out was the same as checking in. Quick, easy, and simple. Took maybe 3 minutes. She was honest with me, she cracked jokes with me, she was extremely positive and energetic, efficient, and excellent with customer service. I'm definitely coming back in a month or two for the fronts here! Thanks Megan! How I made a simple job worse for them than it needed to be: Months ago, my rear tires were bald and the front tires still had maybe 20% life left. The cars tires are staggered so I just flipped the bad tires to the front, and the tires with 20% life on them to the back (since the car is RWD). When I brought it in, I explained that I wanted the front tires replaced with the new ones, but then after they were replaced, I needed the front ones switched to the back. That way I would have fresh tires on the back, and tires with 20% life left on the front. That I would be back within the next couple months to get the fronts changed. read more

I made an appointment to get my oil change at 11:30 and brought my car in on time for that appointment at the Market Lane Firestone in Kenosha. When I arrived and checked in I was told that the oil change would be completed in up to 2 hours. The clerk said that it was marked as a drop off. I said that I made the appointment for 11:30, I didn't ask for a drop-off so I would expect the car to be worked on starting about 11:30. She continually restated that it was for a drop-off and wouldn't say when the work would be done. She continually refused to believe me that the appointment wasn't for a drop-off. I was simply trying to find out when they would start working on my vehicle. The manager walked by and his response to the situation was that I should leave or he was going to call the police. I was getting frustrated because the clerk wouldn't commit to a time that they would start working on the oil change and the manager's response was to tell me to "Get OUT NOW" or he would call the police. In my opinion this person shouldn't be a manager. I need to warn people that if you have a disagreement with anyone at this Firestone the manager is volatile and may threaten to call the police on you too because he doesn't know how to work with people. read more

I set up an appointment to get my tires changed and Alger an alignment they told me it's take about 2/3 hours to do that. Three and a half hours pass and they tell me they are still changing my tires and it'll be another 2 hours to get my alignment done. I decided to cancel my alignment and just having them give me new tires. I ended up waiting for four hours while they changed my tires read more
