If you're in need of assistance, don't 2nd guess going to Kenosha Tire! My daughters called me yesterday saying they had a flat tire. My husband and I are in Vegas so we weren't in a position to help them. Neither child knew how to change the tire and put on the spare. Total failure on my husband's and my part. Luckily, they were able to call our insurance agent to get the help they needed. But... they needed to make it home and they couldn't drive on the donut for that long. In comes Kenosha Tire. When I called, I spoke with a friendly, knowledgeable woman. I explained the situation and told her I was sending my daughters there. I gave her approval to either fix or replace the tire based on the damage. After the work was done I got a phone call from the same woman. She told me the cost was less than $23! I couldn't believe it! I had thought they'd likely replace the tire rather than fix it. Nope! They repaired it and sent my daughters on there way. And... she complimented my daughters, which was even more unexpected. In this situation, Kenosha Tire could have taken advantage and sold us a new tire and they didn't. I don't know what's more honorable than that! I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. read more

I'm shocked. This place started out expressing their trepidation over the phone about whether they could help my emergency situation (a tire wasn't just flat, but completely shredded), because they close at noon. And I started out frustrated/worried because this business does not offer towing services. However, they told me the name of a tow company over the phone. They asked me to find the size of my tire (information I would not know offhand), and did have a tire of the right size on hand already. They were surprised that the tow company got me there so quickly. Then, as I sat and waited in the waiting room, I was surprised/confused when someone from behind the desk told me they would look at my car in "10 to 15." I initially thought they meant "at 10:15," but they clarified that, no, they meant they would fix it within 10 to 15 minutes. I sat in a waiting room for something less than 20 minutes. While there, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had two office dogs you could pet. I was also pleasantly surprised that one employee behind the counter appeared to be queer, which I was not at all expecting from any kind of auto repair business. (I was probably guilty of stereotyping, assuming that only Republican bigots could possibly work in auto repair in any capacity. In retrospect, I recognize this as entirely my own fault.) During my less-than-20-minutes-of-waiting, other people in the waiting room were cleared out, one by one. They helped something like 4 or 5 customers in that time period, then handed me my keys and told me that it was all fixed. I had been sitting there, fretting, thinking that maybe I had ruined my wheel altogether by driving on the rim on my way into work. I had never had a simple flat tire before, let alone a tire completely explode into shreds. But as I was being given my bill, the front counter person told me that they had looked at the rims and they weren't a problem. Surprisingly, they were good to go. I didn't even have to ask. I am just shocked by this place. The speed, the ease? I was expecting much more of a hassle. read more

These guys are so personable, and helpful. I had my tires replaced and chose Pirelli's. The guy helping me hooked my up with a $70 rebate which was great. THEN... 2 months later I ran over a screw and blew my tire. They patched it for $20, and it's been working great all winter since. I also got my tires rotated after 10,000 miles for free. Worst customer service ever! Brought my car in to fix a flat. When done, the tire was clearly underinflated. I pointed it out to the tech, who responded, "it's fine." I took it across the street, and sure enough, underinflated. I filled it up thinking it was a juvenile mistake & thought it was done. Next morning the tire is flat & I have to change the tire at 600am. Returned to complain to the manager, and the same tech storms out to confront me! When I point out his lack of professionalism he stormed back leaving the manager & I. She offers to fix if, to which I respond, "I'm not lettting you people touch my car after that." She says, "but what if it's not our fault." WTF!?!?! It's their fault just by letting me leave their site with an obviously underinflated tire THAT I PAID FOR! They don't care about service! I'm writing this review for my neighbor who is not computer savvy but is an honest man and a great neighbor who will help anyone in need. I'm sure you all know someone like that and understand why it has got my goat and cought my attention. He bought what he was lead to believe were two Cooper tires at a great price. being a trusting person that he is, when he went to pick up the tires he had ordered, one of the workers told him that he would load them up. So he went inside and paid for them. When he got home he showed me the tires and to both our surprise they where not Coopers but some cheap Vietnamese tire called Sailum Tires. I told him to return them but being the passive man he is, he said that he would try them. I watched him as he hand mounted them, he's an old farm boy and I think he enjoys doing it himself. I've watched him hand mount many tires before. He workes the bead around the rim with bars that are made for that purpose, same exact principle as mounting a bike tire on a rim. As soon as he aired up one of the tires the sidewall had two huge bubbles on it near the treads. I told him to bring both of them back and again the trusting passive guy he is, he said maybe I'll bring the one defective tire back. Still not addressing the fact that he was a victim of a bait and switch, he just went to return the one tire. The person in charge told him that he would not return the tire because he damaged the belts of tire himself. Putting a tire on you only work the bead of the tire and do nothing to the belts themselves, furthermore putting them on by hand is less strenuous on the tire than mounting them mechanically. My neighbor came home disappointed. I was so furious about the way they treated this gentle man that I called and spoke to the manager myself. I tried to explain that not only was the tire bad but that he pulled a bait and switch. Things got heated we both raised our voices. The manager told me that he should have looked at his receipt. I told him that I would write a review for my neighbor, the manager called me a Dick and hung up! Yes, my Neighbor shouldn't have been so trusting and looked at his receipt and doesn't expect to get his money back or at least a new tire, but you decide is this the kind of establishment you want to do business with? read more

Bought 4 new Michelin Defenders, Did not like the way the car rode, went in the next day, and explained. Immediately they said no problem. I told them I would like the Michelin Premiers, and right away they ordered them and at 1:00 pm, I went back in and less than a half and hour my 2002 Toyota Camry was ready, It drove like a dream. I have a 2008 Highlander and 2008 Toyota Tacoma, and Will bring both of them to get new tires from Kenosha Tire. They are Family owned and Treat you like family. They have my business for ever. I bought new tires at Kenosha Tire in January of this year. They got me exactly what I wanted, and saved me about $200 - I didn't want $400 tires on a car with 175K miles on it. Today, I went back for a free rotation - I had the keys back in my hand in FOUR MINUTES! I watched them do the changeover, so know it was done right, and they even checked my tire pressure on all tires. I've seen worse time in race pit stops!
