Not only did the store manager (Bradley?) help me at the counter, but he changed the bulb for me, even though it was raining out. When we got new wiper blades, a few months back, the woman who waited on us, offered to change the wipers for us, even though it was not the best weather. There is no charge for any of this, and any time I've tried to give a tip as thanks. , I have been told they don't take tips. They just want to satisfied customers who come back. Other auto parts stores can't hold a candle to this place.

The guy said he could not figure out what replacement battery was required without the engine size. The old battery was sitting in front of him on the counter. I let him struggle for a while, and then I looked at the old battery and matched up the new one for him. I replaced it myself so he didn't get cold. I don't think I was credited my perk points, so I will need to add them later. Really, I would advise that they just close that store like they did so many other stores. Alternatively, maybe just have a kiosk like McDonald's and pass the savings on to the customers.
