Had to quickly find a place to fix an unknown issue with my car. Not only did Christian Brothers…read moreshow amazing hospitality, but they were very informative and made sure I understood all that was going on with my car issue. They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

The waiting room is comfortable; they have some snacks available, free wifi, a clean bathroom, and comfortable seating. It was a bit cool when I was there, but I could also be cold-natured. The service was very good. They were prompt; they explained my options; they gave me up-front pricing. I had made an appointment but arrived almost ninety minutes early; they took me in, and got to me a bit earlier. The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; it's a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where you're coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. Not a good or a bad thing; just something to be aware of. Services aren't the cheapest, but they do it right and guarantee their work. Good place, recommended garage.

The representative came to the car and asked how I was doing, offered water while I waited and was very friendly! My service tech was Chris and he was fantastic and efficient. He explained what was needed and inquired if I had any discounts, etc. My second tech was Jeremy and he was so friendly and directed me into the space above the bay. The entire crew working all 3 bays were outgoing and working diligently to get us through and on our way yet personable and knowledgeable. Finally the manager Jacob came over to see how my experience went and let me know they appreciated my business! What a breath of fresh air to have a large group in such close quarters working so professionally to make the customer experience top of the line! I will be back! An indicator light warning low tire pressure in the right back tire caused us to pull in and asked for assistance. Within minutes, Justis, not only added air to the right back tire but also checked and added air to the rest of the tires. Thank you and much appreciation! I first want to start…read moreoff by saying customer service is something that is very important to me as I work in a career where I am faced with a lot of great moments and challenging moments when showing customer care. With that, I'm very understanding and patient when things are out of other peoples control when you're asking for services. I had an appointment for 1 PM which I dropped off my car to get an inspection on what it appeared to be, my rotors and brake pads serviced. Will, who was the only one that I had a good experience with in regards of customer service informed me that it was going to take an hour in order for them to complete the inspection. That was totally understandable as it seemed like they were of course busy (for further contexts I went during a weekday because I knew on a weekend it was going to be jampacked. However, I also know that even during the weekday I do understand that there could have been a chance of there being a lot of customers) I waited about an hour and a half to two hours before I went to check on an update of my car (because now one called me for an update or anything) When I went inside, another employee informed me that my car was not inspected, and I noticed that it was sitting in the same spot where I parked it. I asked if there were any updates on an estimated time of inspection as it was two hours past my appointment. He then responded saying I don't really know as you can see we have a lot of people who cars that we are currently servicing. Again, I completely understand things get backed up, and there are certain things that are out of our control. However, when it comes to customer service, it's all about your response, your delivery/tone, and providing information that is feasible to the customer. I wish my experience was different and he could've communicated to me with updates about my car along the way before I waited two hours only for them to tell me they're unsure of when my car is going to be examined. I decided to retrieve my keys and go down the street to Firestone, where they were a lot of help and assisted me through, the process of getting my repairs. Again, I want to highlight when it comes to service and being in situations that are uncontrollable, how you respond and show care to the customer is important!

They called back in a couple hours and said it was only a battery terminal issue. At a time when you think auto repair places try to stick it to you they were honest and up front. Great experience
