This morning, I scheduled an appointment online to get a new set of tires for my 2022 Honda Civic Sport, for 4pm. The website offered me a free wheel alignment with my purchase, so I opted for that as well. I was called by the shop at 1:30pm to let me know I can drop my car off early, so far we're off to a great start! I made it to the shop with my car at 2:45pm. Nearly three hours later, I ended up paying for the "FREE" wheel alignment. My rim now has several large chips in the paint, as well as loads of tire grease left behind by the mechanic(s). Also failed to reset the TPMS warning on my dash. These are all things that can be avoided by taking your business to your local tire shop, rather than a corporation such as Firestone Complete Auto Care. Overall, good quality tires, friendly staff, poor management/customer experience. Forgot to mention they falsely identified my vehicle trim as a Honda Civic Sport Touring, which has a different engine than the Sport alone. Imagine if I would've requested an oil change! Disaster waiting to strike the next unlucky customer. read more

Oil changes are really expensive. I was told the basic oil change is $29.00 but when I told them it was a Toyota Corolla the price jumped to $110. I decided to change it myself. read more

8/10/24, I just this place in a hurry. Do not waste your time going here. I ordered tires 4 days ago and had an appointment for this morning. I drove 35 minutes to get there and they tell me they didn't order my tires. They tell me it will be 4-5 hours before they can get the tires there. This is the second time we brought our car there the first mess up gave them the option to make it right I should have learned my lesson. I brought my wife's car to them again this time they said they rotated the tires which I highly doubt. They also stripped a lug on one of our wheels and wanted to charge us. The horrible manager said the wheel never had a lug nut on which was a lie cause I put them on. Told the girl inside I was going to bash them online. The manager came hauling ass into the parking lot almost hitting my wife. Screeching his tires. Then proceed to get into a very loud and drawn out yelling match with me. When I backed down to stop he came at me again in an aggressive way calling me a liar. He made my wife very nervous with his tone of voice. It took complete restraint from me and thought of jail from going hands on with this idiot. As a veteran I have a certain discipline and integrity. I would think that of a manager of a major tire chain. Therefore I recommend never going there And to deal with your local non franchises mom and pop tire shops. Also the corporate was contacted. Watch out for this store. Went in for a tire repair and they said it wasn't able to be repaired, and were a little shocked that I didn't want to buy a tire. took it to the dealership and they were able to patch it within 30 mins. Buyer Beware! read more

I wasn't in this store 10 seconds and only half a sentence out of my mouth before the guy at the desk was telling me he couldn't help me. I walked in after the skid plate fell off my car and was dragging. I said skid plate and the guy rudely interrupted me to say he doesn't carry those pieces and was all out of zip ties. Well if he would have listened I was telling him the screws were still in there it just needed to be screwed back up. Tells me that can't be done until basically they close. We were in a whole new state just making a pit stop in LA on our way to Alabama. Couldn't spend all day there for a job that would take 5 minutes. This was an emergency on a Saturday when no one else is open. And not even an attempt to help. Should be looked to help people not screw them. We weren't going to be a profitable job so we weren't even worth the 5 minutes. So thanks a lot. read more

Wonderful experience here. Had a last minute need to replace a flat tire and even though they were busy (3-4 hour wait) they for me in. Staff were pleasant and funny and all have great customer service. Highway recommend. read more

My daughter had a flat on the way to bringing her son to school near Firestone. She drive into the parking lot and got a quote for possible replacement. She wanted to discuss with her husband and asked if they could place her spare on the car so she could get her son to school and they wanted to charge $24.99. If you have a flat and you need help, don't go to FIRESTONE. It would have taken them 5 minutes to replace that tire. Firestone is all about the dollar. I will be telling all my family and friends to stay away from that busines. read more

My wife brought her vehicle in for a front-end alignment. Turns out she just had a really bad tire. Not only did they not address the tire, but took only 30 minutes to supposedly align her front end and charged her full price for it, then sent her out the door with the bad tire. Her car was still pulling really bad to the right when she left. Went to another tire shop and they changed the tire, which fixed the problem. The tire shop owner was furious that Firestone let my wife leave with a tire that he described as having a impending "major imminent failure". read more

went in for an oil change and was told it'd take a little bit and they're were 8 cars in front of me. ended up taking 4 hours and they didn't even reset the maintenance light for me, and in doing so the reset my trips which i had set for specific reason. wouldn't even consider going here again. read more

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation of the great service we received at your location on December 22nd. My husband and I were traveling from Houma, LA to Champaign, IL to spend the holidays with our family. This particular event was very special to us, since it was the first time in six years that all of our family would be together in one place for Christmas. As we were driving over the long bridge, we began to experience trouble with our front passenger wheel. I phoned your shop, and spoke with Oscar Mendoza, who assured me that he had the ability to have our vehicle looked at by your mechanics. We arrived thirty minutes later at your shop, and you greeted us, and your team placed our vehicle on the lift and began to assess the damage. The prognosis was pretty grim. Your only concern was to find the necessary parts to make the repairs. You let us know a short time later that the parts had been located, and repairs were underway. The repairs required replacing the knuckle, brakes, calipers and more on the damaged wheel, and because of wear and tear on the drivers front wheel, we replaced those too. We arrived in your shop at 3:30 pm on Dec 22nd, and left your shop at 8:00 pm that same day. We consider what you did for us a "Christmas miracle"! We have shared our story now with countless friends and family. Their response has mirrored our own. We cannot say thank you enough for the fantastic customer service, and immediate response to our travel needs. We did arrive in time to share Christmas Eve, enjoying the hugs and smiles of each member of our family! My husband and I have been Firestone customers for many years, but no matter where we are located, we will think of Firestone first for our auto needs.
