It's hot in Louisiana but even hotter as you drive through the Southwest & Mojave Desert in July. The repair was expensive but thorough, cheaper than the dealership, and well worth it. I had my compressor and a few other items changed after multiple conversations with Jim who walked me through different scenarios of replacing different parts. He also was able to send me detailed pictures and comments from his technician via the internet (examples in photos). This made my decision easy to pay to keep this future classic on the road and running well. He also warranties his work, and I received a text thanking me for my business. The A/C kept us cool even in 115* temps in Las Vegas. Will absolutely give an opportunity to do my mechanic work again.

A week later I moved into college in Hammond and realized my alignment is terrible and tires tread was beginning to be uneven and pulls to the left. I called to see when I could get it fixed being that my free time is very limited. Was told only one guy could do a decent alignment job. I went in on the only day I was able to make the drive from Hammond and he just so happen to "drop something on his foot and had to leave" by this time my warranty for the alignmen has expired due to miles and my tires are suffering, I am a broke college student who now will have to pay for another alignment and most likely two new tires sooner than I would have if they could have done there job correct.

I'm NEVER going back to this horrible excuse for a "service" business ever again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time or money at this dump either. Plenty of other oil service businesses around. This was already their 2nd change to earn my business after jerking me around a couple of years ago. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... DO NOT HONOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS!!! Yesterday, I made an…read moreappointment for 1 pm today to get a wheel alignment. Today, I showed up at 12:40. I was informed that I would have to wait 4 hours, because someone came on before me. It was 3 Charter Spectrum vans. I explained that I had an appointment, but they did not care. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I most certainly will not be coming back tomorrow or ever! The business model has online or over the phone appointment bookings. That is clearly how the business plan is set up. However, the workers do not honor that. It was more important to them to milk the cable company on a four hour break job than to keep a good name for their business. Clearly, there is no point in the appointment system. They did not value my time, so they will never get my money! The worker told me it was first come, first serve. That completely undermines the booking system! I will spend my money at places that value my time and honor their word!!!
