DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE I bought the "lifetime alignment" for my 2022 Chevy Silverado at this Firestone (off 114 near Justin by Texas Motor Speedway). After their alignment, my truck started making loud popping/clicking noises from the front end during low‑speed turns, and the inside tread on my brand‑new $2,000 tires was getting eaten alive. I took the truck to my Chevy dealer, and they documented that the front suspension had loose hardware (lower control arm bolts) and had to re‑torque the bolts and re‑align the front suspension. In other words, I paid Firestone for a lifetime alignment, and their bad work and loose front end cost me a set of expensive tires plus another alignment at the dealership. This shop has cost me a lot of money and time for something that should have been done right the first time. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will never trust this Firestone location with my truck again and I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else for alignment or suspension work. read more

Please do not take your car for any repairs to this Firestone. I took my wife's car in for an oil leak. They diagnosed the issue to an oil gasket leak. They "claimed" to have fixed the leak and charged me $260 for the repair. All they did was use some cheap sealant that only lasted a week. By the end of the week, the oil leak was worse than before! Took it to another mechanic and they were taken aback on how poorly Firestone tried to repair the issue. So I will never take any of my cars to this incompetent Firestone. read more

I called around to a few local shops who were giving out crazy prices on an hid bulb replacement. I finally landed at Firestone and spoke with Jacob on the phone about needing help with this repair. Jacob was able to squeeze me in for an appointment although the shop seemed busy, things worked out. I arrived and everyone there including Jacob was reasonable and very professional. read more

Went in for a rotate and balance asked them to check a gash I had on one tire. Waited for 2 and a half hours for them to not even rotate the tires and tell me that my tire did not have any gash in it. All they did was take my wheels off, scrape the weights off and sent me down the road. Manager said I was lying about the gash and that I specifically asked them to only balance and to not rotate and that none of my wheels were out of balance and almost all wheels do not need weights- what a joke seeing as one of the wheels they told us in the past needed extra weights because it was bent. Sad that I had already gave them money earlier in the day for new tires on another vehicle, wish I would of just went somewhere else. read more

Today, I walked in at 9:50am (Thursday morning) and was told to return at 11 for my service. I did, but my car wasn't pulled back until 12:30. After 4 hours of waiting, they finally finished. After an hour and a half I asked about my vehicle I was told it the next vehicle up. ZERO STARS. Absolute worst experience I've had with any company. I've scheduled an appointment 3 different times. I requested a tire patch, an oil change and an inspection of the suspension. The first appointment I showed up for they plugged the tire after about 2 hours and asked that I returned for the oil change and inspection because they are not staffed for the maintenance. I was reasonable and understanding, so I came back. Upon my return he promptly met me in the parking lot asking me to come back 2 days later. I agreed to this despite their inability to accommodate when I've had an appointment twice now, and upon my 3rd return he says "let's try again tomorrow " then laughs as if I have nothing better to do and should also find this funny. Appointments at this place are a joke. If you're coming here for more than a tire patch or to buy a tire, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MAN POWER OR WILLINGNESS TO PREFORM MORE THAN THE MOST BASIC SERVICES. One of the worst, most ridiculous automotive related experiences I've had in a long time! I have nothing against other Firestone stores in my general area. However, this store is was the most geographically convenient. But, had I known what I was in for, I would have happily driven to another Firestone store. I stopped in this store mid-morning on Sunday to check into an alignment. My truck is lifted, so I wanted to make sure their equipment would work on my truck. I was told by the counter attendant that they could do an alignment check and that would determine if they could do the alignment. The attendant said that the check and the alignment would take 30 minutes, up to an hour and a half. He said, unfortunately, they only had one technician that day who was still working on cars from Saturday and wouldn't be able to get to me that day. So, I made an appointment for 7am on that Tuesday. I arrived at the store a couple of minutes before 7am, but there were three people in the store lobby with the lights on. So, one of the unlocked the door and let me in. The attendant asked if I was there to pick up a vehicle. I told him that I had a 7am appointment for an alignment check and alignment. He look it up in his computer and validated my appointment. I told him since I was told the process wouldn't take more than 90 minutes, that I would wait while they did the work. Finally, at 7:25 the technician pulled my truck into a service bay. At 8am a customer arrives for their scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. This customer's vehicle was taken into a service bay almost immediately. The next thing I see is the one service technician who is supposed to be working on my truck, is beginning to work on the other customer's vehicle. At about 8:15am I when to the desk to find out what was taking so long. The person who seemed to be in charge, told me that my alignment assessment was finished and the results were ready to print. The printout showed the alignment costs for 12 month and lifetime warranties at the bottom, after recommending an oil change and the cost, it shows on my windshield sticker that it hasn't even been 3k miles since my last oil change, recommended coolant flush, an engine air filter, diagnostic engine analysis, TPMS diagnostics, and 2 different steering & suspension replacements. And, I still didn't have an alignment after almost an hour and a half of waiting! During my time waiting in the store lobby, I got to listen to the person who seemed to be a manager coach the other customer attendant on how to manage competing priorities and other procedures. Also while I was waiting, a person came in the store saying that her check engine light as on. The attendant welcomed her and acted as he was going to at least let her know what the check engine code might be when the manager interrupted and said they wouldn't be able to help because they don't have anyone on staff who is certified to resolve the problem causing the check engine situation. After sending the person on their way, the manager informed the attendant that Autozone and O'Reilly auto stores rip people off by diagnosing the check engine codes and then try to sell people parts to fix the problem. The manager said the other auto stores are not ASE certified and don't know what they're talking about and are just trying to sell parts. I was so irritated and frustrated by the absolute ineptness and lack of customer service of all three employees in this Firestone store, I paid my $23 analysis fee and left. This store could offer me a free lifetime alignment warranty and I would never accept it, nor will I ever walk through their door again! The people who manage/own this Firestone store are the rip offs. I've already warned family, friends, and neighbors to beware of this store. It's obvious that I'm not alone as every single review for this store on Yelp is a 1 star rating with similar experiences. The icing on the cake was when I pulled out on to Hwy 114 and the hood of my truck flew up because the Firestone service tech didn't latch it down when he finished trying to assess everything except my alignment. Stay away from Firestone off 114. Charged me 2k and still wrecked my truck. Went in for a full vehicle inspection. I told them the issue and during the inspection the replaced the brakes and rotors, but skipped over the bearings. After thinking they had fixed my truck I drove it as one does, but later I noticed a dragging noise and I had to tow it to FinishLine auto care. Now I know brakes and bearings do not have much to do with each other, but when replacing brakes you would notice the bearings are burnt out, but instead of fulfilling the agreement for a full inspection they skipped it over. Now I will be having to pay the price of their negligence. Please use anyone else. To give you a better idea I'm a veteran and I trust Firestone or shall I say trusted. These guys left my air suspension unplugged and I had to visit them to fix it, but after trusting their judgment I have to say avoid this store for your wallets sake. I had been using this place for several years with no issue, until recently. About 2 weeks ago I took my car in turns out it needed a new battery. They did the battery check, cost for new battery over $200 technician told me they wouldn't charge me for the battery check, well, they did, and when I complained I was told the person that made that promise was gone for the day and they wouldn't honor it. Called next day spoke with store manager, he too argued with me. Well, Sunday I dropped my car off with some AC issues, was told it would be looked at first thing Monday morning. Drove by the shop at 930, 1030, 1230 and every time my car was still in the lot in the same spot. They never looked at it until 230. I asked that they go ahead and do the oil change since it was there, yes ma'am, gave me a new total. Went to pick my car up this morning, Tuesday. NOTHING was done. NOTHING. All they did was drain and refill my AC, put the dye in that takes about 30 minutes to show a leak, but told me I have to come back in 2 days for them to see a leak. NEVER did the oil change. I took my keys and left, did not pay them one red cent, and will never step foot in this shop again. AC was out and when I called Thursday, I was told to have him come in the next morning and they'd get him taken care of. Nope! Not only did they keep it all day, but then told him to pickup 3:00 Sat!
