    Went in for a rotate and balance asked them to check a gash I had on one tire. Waited for 2 and a half hours for them to not even rotate the tires and tell me that my tire did not have any gash in it. All they did was take my wheels off, scrape the weights off and sent me down the road. Manager said I was lying about the gash and that I specifically asked them to only balance and to not rotate and that none of my wheels were out of balance and almost all wheels do not need weights- what a joke seeing as one of the wheels they told us in the past needed extra weights because it was bent. Sad that I had already gave them money earlier in the day for new tires on another vehicle, wish I would of just went somewhere else.

    The agreement for an inspection and also the tech. work on the rear and said nothing about burnt out bearings.

On June 26, while parking near a glass storefront, I noticed a large piece of the undercarriage splash guard hanging and dragging on the ground. I immediately returned to the Jiffy Lube location in question. The technician informed me that my only options were either to cut the piece off completely or attempt to secure it back with latches, though they admitted that due to damage from driving with it down, it likely would not hold. I then filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube customer service. The store's response was to offer to install a replacement part for free--only if I purchased it myself. This is unacceptable. The damage occurred as a direct result of the service performed by your technicians, and I do not feel comfortable paying out of pocket or allowing the same team to work on my vehicle again. To further support my claim: On June 20, I had my car inspected for state certification. No issues were found with the undercarriage or splash guard at that time. I did not drive my car at all on June 25, meaning the damage became visible the first time I drove it again--on June 26, just two days after the oil change. The torn portion of the splash guard is directly adjacent to where the oil was changed, and I firmly believe this is a result of negligence during the service. The store says the oil was changed from the top of the engine but it's a little too convenient that the exact spot they were working on is now damaged just 2 days after they worked on it. I've had my vehicle over a year and never had this issue. I am completely disappointed with the lack of care during service of the vehicle and customer service to fix this issue.

    This business is never fully staffed. I have gone there on 3 occasions to have a state inspection…read moredone, and each time I was told that they do not have anyone to do it. Not to mention that a 2 hour wait for an oil change is a bit ridiculous.
