Being a younger person, I often feel talked down to at auto care places, but here, the service was very friendly and respectful. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service. I didn't feel pressure to "upgrade" or accept any additional services like some places heavily push. Other reviews seem to be outdated - give this place a shot. Definitely going to make this place my one-stop-shop for all things auto-related! My car is running noticeably smooth!

Fast forward to today, I'm about to take a looong road trip down to AZ and start a new life with the hubby out of this tundra so getting a solid oil check & maintenance was a no-brainer. Came in and did the expedited auto service, HOLY WOW was it a five star experience! As soon as I drove in I was warmly greeted & introduced to a man named Sal. There were folks on either side and I swear I just drove into a conference meeting of professional car experts. It's nothing I'd experienced before but Sal took care of me, got me in & out the door within an hour. He explained everything that was optional to have changed for the future and sent me on my way. Such great service, I will absolutely be back for routine checks!!

To add insult to injury found out from the dealership that I bought my vehicle from that there was an option to fix my vehicle with more standard parts that would have cost about a third of a price. Recently I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and general service. I don't drive a lot because I work from home, so it was a day or so later that I noticed - when they removed the oil change sticker they had put on my windshield at the last visit, they completely fucked up the tint on my windshield. Then they just slapped another sticker over it, like nothing had happened lol! I called them immediately and they asked me to email them a photo, which I did later that evening. I got a reply back that they had received the photo and would get back to me in a day or two. A day or two passes and I heard nothing. So I reach back out and let them know I had not received a response. Then another few days pass, and I reach out again. So not only did they not PROACTIVELY admit their fuckup - which I get it, shit happens, but you have to be professional when it does and let your customer know what you fucked up and how you're going to fix it. And sometimes there's just a bad apple who doesn't represent your business well. So they put the onus on me to bring their fuckup to their attention, and now they are conveniently ignoring me. My last email to them was to let them know that I will be pursuing legal action in small claims court if I don't hear from them again in a few days. Because getting the entire tint job redone is going to set me back probably $5-600 with labor.
