On 3/17/21 I requested brakes to be done, which were completed and a possible ball joint issue due to noise when turning. Firestone employees alerted me the ball joints were okay and they did not need to be replaced. On 5/2/21 my ball joint snapped and now causing me to have more expenses when they could of fixed it in the first place. This could of caused harm to someone's life and they didn't even do their job correctly. read more

Don't go there. I have 8 vehicles I have been taking there for years. I wanted a 14.5. Tire put on a 14.5 rim. They wouldn't do it because the sidewall height was different. Even though the other Tire on the trailer was the same size as the one I wanted put on the rim. HELLO I'm no Tire expert but I do know that a 14.5 Tire fits on a 14.5 rim. Sidewall height doesn't matter. They were completely rude from the start wouldn't take the tire off the trailer for me. Wouldn't let me borrow a socket to use, even though they have fifty of them in there shop. I've been shopping there for ten plus years. The manager wouldn't even come out of his office to talk to me. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars there. No longer. I went to Conrad's across the street and he did it in like 5 minutes for me. They will be receiving my future business. read more

We had a great experience here. We belong to the Firestone rewards program, so when our air conditioner stopped working on a road trip from Texas to Ohio, we found the nearest Firestone location. We dropped off the truck at 9 am and had it back, working perfectly at 3 pm. The staff topped off the refrigerant, fixed the electronic sensor that was causing the AC to blow hot on one side, courtesy checked our tires, fluids,etc. Tom was working the front desk and he was friendly, professional, courteous and pleasant. I'm not sure why others had a bad experience, but I'd say give them another try, because they were spot on with both the repairs and customer service for us. read more

I was visiting Cleveland with family and punctured a tire on a Sunday morning and couldn't find anywhere that could get the the tire fixed that same day. The person who answered the phone (Nick?) was so helpful and courteous and made sure that our car was ready much before we were expecting it to be. I will keep this simple. I had been going to this Firestone for a year not knowing their labor rate was around $104.00 an hour, that became my first issue. My main issue is the lack of integrity and honesty, they lack it. I can go into a long story of how they told me my catalytic converter wasn't bad but it was my throttle body and I ended up being charged $100.00 more for a throttle body than from any other auto parts store, by the way they claim to get their parts from their own warehouse, which turns out to be higher than any other parts store. I can tell you that I told them that my converter was bad and they insisted it was my throttle, which by the way is a way cheaper fix, but guess what guys and ladies thirty days later my C.E. light came back on took it back up there and they told me it was my catalytic converter all along and that they had told me that. I kept the voice mail that was left stating "we have great news for you please call us back", which I did and was told [over the phone] that it was my Throttle I asked if he was sure and was assured they were sure, I said will check engine light go away and was told YES!. A month later took it back the gentleman told me that their notes showed it was my converter all along, I asked why would I have you guys fix my throttle, that's when I realized he was really a robot who claimed he had notes from my conversation with the initial guy who said it was my throttle body. On that note I am done please go sonewhere else, check Angie's List, or a family referral, but do not use them. Thanks and I wish you luck read more

So my car had been taking forever for the engine to turn over and I was going to wait a little bit longer to get it looked at by a different garage. I'm definitely glad I went when I did because it just so happens that there was a crack in my fuel pump. Luckily Zack was super professional and understanding and totally took care of me. Not only was Zack awesome, but Chris as well. I work down the street and Chris made sure to take me to work and also picked me up when my car was ready, on MY time! Been waiting 2.5 hours just to see what's wrong. Waiting at counter to check, a man walks in after me and the man behind the counter waits on him first. Then has the nerve to ask me whats wrong. Waited another 10 minutes for him to finally address me. They are not even busy. Total BS. read more

Took grandfathers car in for an oil change and to see why car was shaking. They did oil change and told me that I needed new tires and struts all around and it would be over $1200! Took vehicle to Sears got new tires car drives perfect no need for struts! If you just need an oil change they are fine but don't trust their diagnostics! read more

Worst customer service both by the front office lady and the service manager. Service manager is rude and arrogant. I called up the store before to see if they can change my tires and upon reaching the service manager tells me he cannot. Would not recommend. Highly unprofessional! read more

After having front brakes pads and rotors installed on my vehicle, the manager? Dave refused to take the coupon I printed from your website saying he already discounted the brake pads. After leaving the shop, I noticed there was an issue when stepping on the brake while the key was in the ignition and the vehicle was not running, a clicking noise was coming from what sounded like was near the shifter. This never happened before taking my vehicle for service. I brought it back to the shop, Dave was gone, Larry got inside the car, listened to it and immediately said it was not related to the work they had just done and told me he was going to charge me for labor. He became dismissive, rude and insulting, calling me "the expert" and that if I don't like it, I should get a second opinion, waived at me and told me goodbye. Never have I received such awful service and came away from the experience feeling so insulted. Extremely disappointed with this experience, I will never give my business to them again. read more

Customer service is horrible. Dave and Larry were dismissive as well as blamed me the customer for their incompetent services. I ordered my tires through the VA and initially they told me that they had the tires available. Once I pay and go pick the tires up they tell me they need to have them delivered and it will take 2 hours. Mind you I had an appointment already setup to have my mechanic put the tires on for me and took time off work to get this all done. Firestone didn't care about the inconvenience they caused me and blamed everything on the VA. I accepted that but this is where there incompetence just got worse. After waiting 3 hours for my tires to arrive instead of two hours. They then precede to tell me that they made a mistake and only have 3 tires instead of four and I would have to wait another 30 minutes for them to go back and get another tire. After an hour in a half passes I receive a call from Dave the tire manager and he explains that my tires have been ready for me and I should have came in 30 minutes like was stated to me. I asked them why they would not call me and tell me when the tire is available, since before when they quoted me a time they were off by an hour. Yet still Dave preceded to deflect blame and act as if they have not done anything wrong. Contacted the area manager to to address my complaint and lack of being satisfied as a customer and nothing still has been resolved. I will never utilize their services again and I am leary of all Firestone Auto Cares under the direction of the area manager William. read more
