As a single woman, it can be intimidating getting any car work done, but they were friendly and explained the charges. Unfortunately they were unable to fix my issue but they told me my dealership could, I ended up getting my state inspection instead & I'm a happy girl. I made an online appointment around 2pm for on 8/27/2022 for an alignment for my car at 6pm and got a confirmation email and I figure everything was good since their online hours were from 7am-7pm. I got there 3mins before 5pm (1hr early from my appointment) and the front desk worker said to me "sorry we are closing early at 5pm due to short staffing" I confirmed to him that I had an online appointment that he should take in consideration and he replied "sorry that's a whole different situation, I can't control what happens with an online appointments and we cannot service your car today" I was extremely upset and I was hoping he will at least say "I can schedule you for tomorrow if You like" but NO he didn't even bother and just let me go. We had a nail in our tire while traveling and booked an online appointment at 1:40 for 5:00. The website indicated closing was at 8:00. Showed up at 4:57 for our appointment and they are closing at 5:00 because they are short staffed. No response via email or phone from Firestone. How difficult is it to be responsive to your online system? How difficult is it to update your website? Why have systems of convenience if you are not attentive to it? Disable it and encourage customers to call. A piece of paper on the door does not help customers in a timely or responsive manner. read more

My car, Simone, (what, you don't name yours?) is 4th on my list of things/people I'd take a bullet for. So when her brakes started squeaking because someone drives her like a 16 year old speedracer, I took her in to Gene at Firestone. I have a lifetime alignment deal with these guys, which I HIGHLY recommend. Its the most intelligent thing I've done in a while (not saying much). $150 gets you alignments for the life of your vehicle, and since Simone is a Toyota and Firestone isn't going anywhere, that means a decade plus of no-cost alignments (normally $50-60 a pop). Anyhoo, they changed my cabin filter, wiper blades, front brake pads, oil, cleaned and adjusted my rear breaks, and aligned her in a matter of hours on a Saturday. Plus, they fixed a dent in my plastic bitty bumper and reattached it (it was falling off ghetto-style) without being asked...for free. I heart these guys. My son took his work truck in for an oil change, checked in and waited 2 hours without getting his truck serviced. Several other people came in after him , got their oil changes and left. Finally, my son left, without getting the oil change or an explanation. When I called Firestone to ask what happened, someone named Thomas said they didn't know he was there/forgot about him, but that it was "ok." When I said no, it's not ok to "forget" about a customer for 2 hours, he got snippy and told me to call back and speak to a manager. Avoid this place like the plague. Drop was ok...guy was friendly. Dropped off with an appointment at 1 and didn't get the car back until 4. When I arrived to pickup my car I stepped inside where two guys were sitting behind the counter having a conversation about something they saw on tv. I wasn't acknowledged until they were done talking at which point they said I would still need to wait for someone else to help me. I sat there for five more minutes before asking if I could have my vehicle since I didn't have to pay. They said sure and just let me take the keys off the counter without verifying I was the owner. I only went to this location for a vehicle inspection for my car and fiance's truck. Nothing else. Err... Well, they are busy(weekend)... the waiting area is very small.. smells like a auto shop... they ran out of diesel inspection stickers for my fiance's truck... but didn't know until they got to it (an hour of wasted wait)... BUT they did have a $10 off on my car's regular vehicle inspection making it $30. And although it failed (tires. ya ya) they were really nice. Explained that I had 15 days to bring it back and they wouldn't charge me to re-inspect it. Biggest issue I had was that they couldn't get Micheliin tires in for my car within that 15 day window. Went to discount who had them in stock. *Shrug* Win some, lose some. read more

Amazing customer and car service! I was hesitant, like all people, to try a new car service place, but I will be returning to this one in the future. Although the wait was long due to the number of cars there, the service my car received was great. The technician that worked on my car even came in to explain/answer all of the concerns I had that prompted me to bring my car in. UPDATE! I moved to Austin and got an oil change here. The new mechanic told me whoever changed my oil last almost destroyed the tank. He spent a good hour picking out metal shavings and I almost had to get the entire thing replaced. Guess who changed my oil last???? You got it, it was this place. I went to this location for a state inspection. During the test they called and told me my engine light came on (odd). I needed a oxygen sender to pass plus the testing. $392. and still failed emissions. Was told to drive it to get all the senders working again. Keep failing after 9 trips plus 650 miles later. I called the DPS and was told they was giving me line of BS. Each car has drive cycle to resent all the codes. Once I did the test the car passed inspection. I would never go back. The DPS also told me they wanted the address and phone number due to this is not how this is done. Do not tell customer to keep driving car. IDIOTS read more

They said they didn't have the parts and needed to call dealership to see if they had them. This location is nothing but a joke, always handled by unrespectable non experienced blockheads. Conveniently close to my office, I thought I could trust them and I was proven wrong. They messed up my truck wheels alignment, I was forced to take a taxi home because the technician is not available to correct the issue. Lately I want for a new battery and check for specials on new tires, the goon behind the desk won't go out to verify the wheels size stating it's the customer's responsibility to do so. I came in right before closing with a flat tire and a flat spare and in desperate need to get everything fixed in time for a road trip the next morning. I thought I would have to buy a new tire but they were able to patch the flat and add air to the spare and take care of everything for minimal cost. They even stayed until just past closing to take care of me and they were so helpful! Everyone working there was polite, kind and friendly! I had been there once previously for an inspection and again they were so courteous and helpful.
