The code was an exhaust issue and only the O2 sensor had to be replaced; I would not have otherwise known and would have gotten the replacement CC. Vaughan also suggested a replacement gas cap from the dealer (rather than after market). My warranty is still intact. What a complete rip off…read more I just got back from this place after waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change, then another 30 mins for a car wash and will never return. I tried to get there early enough (10:50 am), the lady at the counter said it would be about an hour wait for the oil change so to be fair, they warned me on the wait and I decided to stay. My beef is with the shittiest car wash I've ever received. I used to come here all the time and this place changed EVERYTHING. They used to bring the car to the car wash after an oil change, you now have to drive it out of the driveway and into a separate car wash driveway yourself. I paid to upgrade my car wash to the highest level at an extra charge. Usually this includes wax, tires dressed, spraying the door jams, dash boards, cup holders and center consuls etc. What I got was below basic. They charge extra for the dashboard and the tires weren't dressed. The vacuum was half assed and incomplete. They didn't do the floor of the 3rd row even though I reminded them to and they don't even include a friggen air freshener anymore. Client retention is everything and they just lost us. Just check out the pictures. Now I have to go out and finish cleaning my car.

My dad called multiple car mechanics/repair shops in the area but was turned down by everyone until he spoke with Mr. Luis at Foxon Lube and Tire. Mr. Luis was able and willing to take a look at the van the next morning despite his busy regular schedule (usually the weekend is reserved for oil changes and quick work). He called his technician (a Mr. Orlando) who promptly diagnosed and resolved our issue and got us back on the road within 3 hours. Thanks to them, my dad was able to safely drive home to New York that same day.

He said he wouldn't take it finally, when I said that they always honor it He first told me they don't take coupons here! I asked if they checked my tires and my fluid levels and the guy andy said yes I said could you check it again -(bc I know they didn't do that or my tires) and my coolant was almost empty. He put coolant in it and charge me another eight dollars. They never looked at my tires or called that out. I told him that's ridiculous that they're charging me for coolant when it should've been part of my service and if the manager was here, none of this would be happening. He should've checked my coolant to begin with. I always come to this Valvoline and I'm very disappointed today.
