Instead they were honest and said they could fix it for a very fair price. So when I had another incident I went straight there. They checked over the damage and unfortunately it was a bit more tis time but still less than other companies. I dropped off my car and when I picked it up it looked like new. And here is the best part they even cleaned the interior!! I certainly did not expect this. All the dog hair was gone. It's beautiful. I never expected such great service. Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! I was driving at night, got off exit at 2am and had to sleep in my van in 0 degree temperatures. Chris invited me to come to his shop and let me jump to the front of the line on his very busy day. I was in by 8:10 am. He got my van diagnosed, parts delivered and I was back on the road after lunchtime. I am so grateful to him to help me get back on the road. I am a dog/house sitter and I was expected in Annapolis that night. The homeowner had already left the country for a trip. Chris and his team were not only professional but generous in their efforts to help me. I was told where I could get lunch and I was able to sit in his waiting area for hours, have bathroom access and even had a fireplace turned on because I was cold. Recently learned from another dealership where my truck was towed, that the sparks plugs were "Hand Tight" at best. Dean's failed to reattached the wires to the plugs properly which caused more issues. I recommend NOT USING DEAN'S. Due to the rarity of my car Mark mentioned to me he is able to repair my car, but sourcing the parts would be difficult. Luckily I know how to get the parts from my car, and so I brought it to him and his team was able to get my car back on the road quickly and looking even better than before! Everything was lined up and looking new and refreshed. He was able to redo my pin strips on my fenders, and blend the paint with the rest of the car so it all looks and feels fantastic!
