They also noticed the Missouri plates on my daughter's car so I wasn't a candidate for their unlimited wash today. Basic car was was decent enough, cleaning all the important places and leaving a clean car. They have free unlimited vacuums that had a strong suction so I was able to get all the dirt and crumbs off the floors and out of the seats. And they have free clean towels, which was nice to get the edges, inside the doors and lastly, a bit more attention to the wheels. Overall, I'm pleased with how this wash turned out. They repaired it and I was offered a full refund to make it right. After two weeks my money was never refunded to my card. I called the office number and was told they would mail me a check for the full amount. The next day the shop manager called me and told me instead of them sending me a check he would refund the amount back to my card. Now a month later nothing has been refunded and no check was mailed!
