He helps as much as possible with advice, recommendations and complimentary service. I learned a lot today. He offered to look into something for me that was causing me concern and though I could've gone elsewhere to get that repair done, I chose to pay more and trust I was in good hands given the hour-long context of superb customer service I had received up to that point. Something else worth mentioning that I noticed right off the bat while in line, is that they have a very well-oiled system of getting people in and out as fast as humanly possible. They're courteous and professional. What impressed me more was their accountability efforts. All the techs yell out what they're seeing or doing so that everyone knows that those things are being done and taken care of. I highly recommend this place and every single employee I saw working with people. They had a lot of staff and they were all excellent.

Finally did, and Advanced Automotive was the most reasonable price - - $169 after checking it out and refill with refrigerant and making sure everything works - - now I wonder why I suffered for two years without AC. Other places wanted that much and more just to check it out without any other services. Today, my granddaughter had an oil change on her BMW and it cost less than half of what she paid last time AND they checked for what we thought was a rear end leak as well as checking everything else out and test driving the vehicle. SO VERY, VERY happy with their friendly service and professional service - - all at very reasonable prices!!!
