My new Buick Encore's tire managed a screw nail in the center of the tire. I didn't have a lot of time for the repair, but, hoped it would be fixed with a patch or plug. I was at the shop early on Monday morning, and without hassle, they took care of it and I was on the road within 30 mins. I've been coming to this location for 5+ years, every time, I am treated with respect, the management (Mark) and servicemen are appropriate, the facility is clean...and they make a decent pot of coffee too! Their no nonsense approach and friendly, courteous manner is a plus! This is my go-to location and shop. I took my Tacoma to this Firestone for an oil change. I had been there before and had been happy with the work. However, when I left the shop, I noticed that my drivers side turn signal was not working. When I looked at the truck the next day, my rear tail light on the driver's side was broken. I park in a driveway. This was broken at Firestone. They should have notified me of the damage and offered to fix it . read more

I used this Firestone for a couple of years and was very disappointed with my latest visit. I left with more car problems than when I arrived. Went in for a wheel alignment. They told me my car battery (12v) died while it was being worked on. What? I came in for an alignment. I had to buy a new battery because they fucked up my old battery somehow. When they were done, my car, which is an EV, now has a "Service EV System" warning light on the dashboard that I've never seen before. This was not there before they hooked the car up to the battery tester. When I drove away my car still shakes and pulls to the left. I took it back and they tell me this happens because I need new tires. The constant upsell was too much. This shop has lost my trust. Now I have to go to the dealership to have everything cleaned up. read more

Do not go to this Firestone. A terrible experience. I am typically a fan of Firestone. They have competitive prices, work fast, and have plenty of locations nationwide. Twice on cross-country trips they saved me from unexpected auto issues. This time it was horrible. I made an "appointment" the morning before, only to arrive and learn that "appointments" are not a concept they get at this location. My vehicle had to wait in line behind all the other "first come, first serve" vehicles. If I had known that, I would have shown up before they opened at 0700. Making this worse, the woman at the counter was rude to customers and treated the technicians poorly. Outside there is a banner which says "Under New Management." For the sake of the employees, I hope she is not it. Then, after watching my truck sit and wait for 90 minutes, I finally saw it go inside. I was then called inside for the technician to try and convince me to replace my brake pads...even though I could clearly see that they had not yet reached the wear tabs...yes, I know that I will need new brake pads in the next few months but not today. My "appointment" for a simple oil change and tire rotation (under warranty) took over two hours, resulting in my son arriving late to his basketball game. I will remain a Firestone customer but I will never come back to this one. read more

Refused to refund me the additional work on the phone and when I went back in person they said they couldn't refund me as there wasn't a manager working there. One of the worst auto repair shops I've ever encountered. have used them four times and each visit is worse than the previous visit. For example, four months ago I purchased their "lifetime alignment" package for my F150. They did the alignment and I was told that I could come back for another alignment any time. I brought the truck in for another alignment on 8/8/23 and received a call a few hours later stating that the tie rod ends were frozen and that they could not do the alignment. I pointed out that they did it four months ago with no problems. They had no explanation. My opinion? They made $200 on their "lifetime alignment" but don't want to honor further alignments so they are making up issues which prevent them from doing further alignments. And this isn't the only problem we have had with them. Please, stay away from this business. They are poor mechanics and swindlers. read more

On December 6, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on December 9. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the service center no longer provides Standard Oil changes, only the more expensive options such as Pennzoil® Platinum High Mileage, Pennzoil® Gold, and Pennzoil® Platinum. I am disappointed because their website still advertises the availability of standard Pennzoil®, and this information was not communicated in my appointment confirmation email. They could see by email and name all my previous oil changes have been standard Pennzoil oil changes. After years of oil changes I need to go some place else. read more

I got 4 tires installed Monday Feb. 26, I got a higher estimate from the lady in front desk, well, luckily, I searched the net, and the price was over $200 less, when I received the car, I noticed that my alloy rims were badly scratched, on all four wheels, I called the next day early morning, to report this issue, the same lady told me the mechanic is not here, will let you know when he arrive, for some reason I felt she is lying, I drove to the shop, I asked an employee, and he confirmed the Mechanic is in, of course the front desk lady . taken by surprise, she called the Mechanic to inspect the car, well. he insisted that these scratches are curb scratches, I got fed up with that back-and-forth argument, so I left, but I will pursue this issue till I get it resolved. read more

As my dealership deals with everyone catching up on their vehicles due to the pandemic and had a two week wait, I needed to find another place to inspect my car fast. It was easy to make an online appointment for the next day and then drop off my car car as soon as the Firestone opened. Within a couple hours, they called and said my car was ready for pickup. Since it was a very minor fix, they only charged me the $20ish inspection cost. I would definitely come here again for basic car issues. read more

Ordered tires through tire rack for a scheduled install. Specifically decided on this location due to its close proximity to the house (have a leak and needed to get it to a place asap after filling tires up). Now here is where it got "wonky" to put it mildly. Showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled time--they were able to find me in the system and find the tires that I had shipped to them (yay!) Now the bad: Was then asked what vehicle I had (apparently tire rack hadn't sent them the info) and I mentioned I had, gasp! A Tesla model 3. I was told that instead of today they would have to reschedule to Sunday (3 days later). Apparently they didn't have a technician that was "comfortable" with mounting and installing tires on a Tesla (per service manager). Here's the rub: 1) Service manager stated that they needed to put the car into "service mode" for the tires. Uh, no--they actually don't, especially if they lift the whole car. Even if they did--it's literally a 20 second process. 2) Service manager stated that they didn't have the pucks to lift the vehicle. This is the only Quasi-legitimate reasoning for not servicing the vehicle--but again, as long as all four wheels are off the ground instead of a single point and the lifts are where they are supposed to be--non issue, and that's coming directly from Tesla who's service center rarely uses them. Aside--even if they were required, was this location going to make them appear out of nowhere between today and Sunday (three days from now over a weekend?)... The ONLY saving grace this location has was calling the Springfield location and getting me into their service department (had to cart the tires over myself hoping that my leaking tire would hold till I got there, and then waiting from 10:15 to literally 5:00 to get my tires installed--and then at full price. Avoid this location like the plague until they can train their folks. read more

I have used this Firestone in the past; no issues. Last week though, I made an appointment to have two tires put on, rotate tires, then balance. After 1 1/2 hours, my car was still not worked on. It took 3 hours to have 2 tires put on and balance; they didn't rotate them. I will not use this Firestone again; poor management. Everything was great until my cabin filter was changed and as a recommendation and now it smells like Mildew al the damn time.

1. I was quoted $60 for lifetime rotation & balance; brought it in & became $73 plus tax. 2. Took nearly 3 hours for the job, with the appointment. 3. They nearly lost my lock nut key after the appointment. Took about 10 mins for several people to search around; turns out they still left it attached to one of the rear wheels... Poor attention to detail. I'd have to find a different Firestone to go next since I already paid for the lifetime rotation & balance package. Front office staffs are courteous, though! read more

This is my second time to this location and them accommodating me on the same day in a timely matter. Both times have been due to me needing a new tire due to a flat -- I have their hazard warranty which gets me another tire for a discounted price. Peter helped me out yesterday and called me with updates. I dropped the car off around 1045 and it was ready by 130pm. You can sit and wait, and they have free WiFi or you can go across the street and there is a shopping center. I also have lifetime alignment warranty. I would recommend this location . read more

Although I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing time, Mark was gracious and still willing to check out my car just to make sure I made it home safely. We dropped our daughters car off, for 2 new tires and an alignment, before she heads off to college. After picking up the car, we noticed a bad vibration, so we took the car back to Firestone. After quite a bit of trouble shooting, we learned that there was a problem with the tires themselves. James bent over backwards to make it right. After sheltering in place for 2 weeks, I thought it would be a good idea to start up my car and make sure it was running ok. I drove it around the block and as I exited my vehicle I noticed that I had a screw in my back tire. I called Firestone and spoke with Mark, who was very kind and told me to bring it in. Even though I have had to use this place way too much in the last few months I would go back. The service is always speedy and the employees are always friendly. The only problem is I came in with my spare on and they never put it back under my car. Brought my car in for diagnostics. Firestone quoted me $2000 in repairs to the front end suspension, broke the lug nut post, and got a bit snarky. I am giving them two stars because they only charged me for the post and the diagnostics after I put my foot down. When I took my car to the dealership for a second opinion on the suspension issues, they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Never again Firestone. So, I walked in one day to get my oil changed, but without an appointment I was expected to wait 1-1.5 hours to get my car oil changed. I asked the employee when would be the best time to come in, he recommends that I make an appointment, which I did... However, I learned the hard way yesterday that making an appointment really does not mean much....So I walk in at my appointment time and I simply ask the guy "how long will my oil change take..30 min?" he replies with a chuckle and tells me more like 1-1.5 hours...he tells me that the only thing an appointment guarantees is that your car is next up to be fixed whenever the availability arises...Well, on the bright side..they have FREE WIFI..and a TV...yuppp that 1.5 hours still went by slow..ly.. never.again. read more

My car's serpentine belt broke last week and I called a few auto shops to get a quote on how much a replacement would cost. A few places were really dismissive and refused to give me an upfront price (one said, "Anywhere from $100-$300" despite the fact that I told them make, model and year). Firestone actually gave me a definitive price when I called, which was a fair price given the cost of a new belt and labor costs. They did it quickly and for what I consider a good price. I like honest places. I like well-priced places. Why aren't more auto shops like this? A+ for these guys. read more

Do Not bring your vehicle here for repairs. We brought our Honda CRV for new rear struts and had to go back 4 different times to get fixed.....and they are STILL NOT FIXED RIGHT!!!! This is after paying over $1000. The last time we brought it in they accidentally cut the brake line wire near the strut. Not sure how you do that, but thank God it was fixed. We still have this vehicle and now live in another state. Yes, the back right strut still makes noise, and now we have to pay another mechanic to fix this. Maybe we can find a real mechanic that actually knows how to fix vehicles properly. Very Disappointed since this is suppose to be a company that has been doing business for a long time. read more

Right off the bat, I'm giving them two stars because they add "road hazard" insurance without my consent while I was getting two tires put on. I caught it when I looked over the estimate and called them to tell them to take it off. That would have been an additional $60+ that I'd be paying for something I didn't ask for. I also asked if they could replace a headlight bulb (which I had previously purchased) since they'd be working on my car and they refused. I asked if one of the guys could just show me how to do it (because it wouldn't take longer than a few minutes) and they looked at me like I had bat wings for ears.
