Lately, the service has gone downhill. The hosts are consistently rude and can't seem to take a simple phone order correctly. We've brushed it off before, assuming they were just busy and mistakes happen... but tonight proved otherwise. On a slow night, my husband called in an order for a large pizza, a small calzone, and 10 BBQ wings. I stopped to pick it up on my way home from my son's sick doctor visit, only to be met with attitude the second I walked in--like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I paid (almost $40), waited, and was handed only the wings and Calzone--no pizza. When I asked about the rest, I was told "this is all I got" while she held up the receipt. Come to find out, the order was wrong to begin with--they had put in a LARGE calzone instead of a small, and completely missed the pizza. So now I have to reorder the pizza and wait--again--with a sick child in the car. After 20 minutes, I finally get the pizza... and it's the wrong size. At that point, the attitude from the employee made the situation even worse. And to top it all off, we get home and the calzone is burnt, and the bottom of the pizza is completely burnt too. This place is not what it used to be, which is really disappointing. It seems like management or something major has changed, because the difference from even a year ago is drastic. Sadly, we won't be coming back--and we'll definitely be warning others about our experience.

When the pizzas arrived both were wrong and one of them looked like someone tore it up a little. I attempted to resolve this in the chat feature on the website. That was unsuccessful because they would not refund my money. So, I called the store directly and after explaining to them calmly, they said that they could remake them or give me a credit. I told them that they could remake them and redeliver them. Before taking any info, I was hung up on. So, I took my sick self Pizza Hut. When I arrived, the lady looked at me confused as returned the wrong order (so they would know that I was not lying). I informed the lady that I was the one that they just hung up on and I am here for my refund and returning the wrong food. She looked at me confused. She said she could not refund the money. I said here are your pizzas, I want a refund, I am sick with the flu, paid for delivery and now had to come up here because you wanted to hang up on me. She called the guy that was cooking pizzas over. I again repeated myself after he stared at me blankly for about 30 seconds. He then told her to refund my money and throw the pizzas away.
