I've honestly never had the best experiences here in the past, but this visit completely changed…read morethat -- especially now that I'm a member. I brought my best friend to try some wines and figure out what she likes, and it turned into such a great time. Bailey was such a sweetheart! Her energy really made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. After our tasting, we were able to get a table right away, which worked out perfectly since we wanted to stay and eat. Overall, this visit was a 10/10 and definitely changed my perspective on this place.

Meh. I've been to one of these before and someone thought it would be nice to get us a gift card…read morehere because of our home wine collection. The place is always absolutely slammed from the tasting counter to the back. I just don't get the hype. It's a restaurant that has 50 private label wines and a "club". Is this "club" some sort of trendy status? Anyway, server was a pro. Appetizers were an orange chicken tasting calamari plate and a 5 mini meatball pan. Both were pretty good. Entrees were big and the menu is pretty large. Food was overall decent but a bit pricey. The wines are not very good. The "Lux" level are decent, but you are pushing $15 a glass to get there. I just don't get it. This place is also really loud. You can't have any type of conversation without shouting at each other. It's louder than a Texas Roadhouse. I spent my night leaning over to hear the person next to me and I was the messenger when people across the table wanted to talk to each other. Thank you for the gift card. It was used and appreciated. Next time get me one to one of the legacy places right across the street. Those are local owner operated and you can talk and enjoy some really good foods.

Went for the Monday night burger special. Good burger, finished the whole thing, locals have said…read moregood pizza as well. Server was pleasant. Would stop in again if I'm ever in the area.

This review is difficult for me to write because I genuinely wanted to support this business. Over…read morethe years, I have brought countless friends, family members, and visitors here because I believed in supporting local establishments. Unfortunately, despite being a loyal customer and encouraging others to spend their money here, I have repeatedly been met with disrespectful and dismissive treatment from ownership. This has not been a one-time incident or a misunderstanding. I can think of at least 5-10 separate occasions where interactions left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. I never expected special treatment for bringing people in. I only expected basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I often felt like my business and the business of the people I brought with me did not matter. The food and atmosphere may be fine, but customer service starts at the top. After multiple negative experiences, I can no longer recommend this place to friends or family. I sincerely hope ownership takes customer feedback more seriously in the future, because no customer should leave feeling disrespected after choosing to support a local business. 10/10 piece if shit owner. The bar tenders are great except for the older bigger lady. On top of that, my mother suffers from stage 3 cancer and when me, her, and 3 friends came(we go every week, never had a good experience with him) he went and turned the heat up 8 degree in the summer. My mom had chemo the day before and is clearly not doing well. On top of that he made it a point to complain about everything we did. I mean sitting on stools "wrong", sitting in empty seats "wrong", and "leaning" in the pool table which consisted of 2 fingers. Genuinely never felt so much hostility and rudeness from an owner. Not only that but we play slots every week and he accused us of somehow breaking a slot machine(not even possible). 10/10 would not recommend for anyone looking for a good time or good drink unless you goto the single good bartender( the one with tattoos or glasses who's only working Thursdays)
