After their "no show", I called their office and was told that because they couldn't reach me, (which doesn't make since because they had no trouble at all saying that they'll be at my house on the 13th) , that they had rescheduled me for the 20th, which made no sense because I knew I'd be in Frisco on the 20th. She said she'd call me after talking to her boss, or that possibly her boss would call me. Well, neither one happened. It's unfortunate.
