Called for advice with a damper not closing. They came out the next day. Damper was very dirty and rusted. They cleaned the flu and advised a new damper could be installed if requested. They closed up the damper to stop the hot air flow into the house. We will definitely use them for any chimney issues in the future. Fantastic to work with. The Chimney Sweep is great! We were getting smoke coming back in the house and we thought the chimney must need to be cleaned. He came and said that the chimney was clear and that wasn't the problem. He didn't even charge us anything!!! Wow, how honest! Turns out that our chimney was shorter than the roof peak and so it couldn't draft correctly. We had to add 3 feet to the height of the chimney. read more

They pulled out in front of me and almost caused a wreck. was on the phone while driving.. When I called to report the driver. (On my wireless headphones) It was the person who pulled out in front of me. When I said what happened both the man and the woman lied and Said that I was not paying attention. And That I almost hit them. I was on a highway going the speed limit. they Pulled out in front of me. and Almost hit me. and Then moved over to the side before we almost collided. I was in a company vehicle also. but mine has cameras and Voice recording. So they can lie all they want to. Told me I was stupid. cursed me out. And then told me that they where going to call the number on the back of my company car to report me for almost Hitting them. (Because they pulled out in front of me. ) I DO NOT recommend using them. they lied about something so small. That a apology would have been just fine. Call the number. and My company will pull the footage from the cameras. and See that I did nothing wrong. I have heard bad things about them in the past. And it's not good. I did not know they where a private owned company. But HORRIBLE people. How could you Lie on something Taking away money from my children? You are low low people. Good thing for cameras.
