Had a great experience at Firehouse, despite some of the negative reviews. I picked out my free birthday sub, the Cajun Chicken, and it was ready to go as soon as I walked in. Talk about efficiency! Now, the sub itself was a revelation. This isn't your average chicken sandwich - the Cajun spices had a fantastic kick that brought a burst of vibrant flavor. It was hot and spicy in all the right ways, so be prepared for a wonderful heatwave with every bite! The staff made the in-and-out experience seamless, ensuring I could enjoy my spicy treat without any delay. Moreover, the Firehouse Subs app offers a fantastic rewards program. So, if you're in the neighborhood, make sure to grab the app and earn points towards future delicious subs. In summary, Firehouse Subs in Orange, CA, delivers a tantalizingly tasty and efficient experience. I highly recommend this place for its flavorful sandwiches and top-notch service. This Firehouse Subs location is awesome. From my personal experience eating here multiple times over the course of the past year or so the food is always prepared as pictured on their menus, it's always tasty and served up pretty quickly, even when they are really busy during lunch or dinner rushes. The staff is friendly and the management has always been nice and remembers me when I come in on a regular basis and thanks me for coming in. Now that's customer service! This Jersey Mike's Subs is in the same plaza as Cinemark Century Theaters, Lazy Dog and Tilted Kilt. My husband and I came by on a Friday late afternoon. We both made an order on the app (a great way to also earn your loyalty points if you purchase from Jersey Mike's often). For my sandwich, I ended up purchasing: #7 Turkey and Provolone, Regular Size, $11.95- For this sandwich I also customized my sandwich on the app to be made with wheat bread, omit the oil, vinegar and salt and onions. I also wrote in the free text box to have my sandwich made with a light spread of mayonnaise. Because we arrived a little earlier than the time our sandwiches were promised, we just decided to just sit inside and wait instead of waiting in a hot car. We were greeted by 2 employees behind the counter. We told them that we were waiting for our order that we made on the app but arrived earlier than the time promised. They both apologized for the wait and said they are currently making it. Anyways, my sandwich was made exactly how I requested, which I greatly appreciate. With no oil, vinegar and a large spread of mayonnaise, it makes the sandwich neat and easy to eat (and not nearly as messy to eat at the stadium). I enjoyed my sandwich and would order from Jersey Mike's again if I was going to another Angel game (although I must admit that we are Dodger fans so we probably won't be back anytime soon). The portion size of the regular is more than plenty for me. I ended up only eating a few bites of the other half of my sandwich (I requested for my sandwich to be cut in half) and then my husband finished the rest. Overall, we had a positive experience and highly recommend.

I've rarely felt so faux important and so legitimately ordinary & unsung. An elite benchwarmer is closer to the truth. Told to sit out again & again by the Yelp algorithmic powers that be. Lorea? Waitlisted. Orange Hill? Waitlisted. Spaghettini? Waitlisted. Being an Elite All-Star helps a little, but is not being Elite already enough status? A definition: "often : superior in quality, rank, skill, etc. an elite performer, an elite athlete, an athlete with elite skills." I have been left out as an Elite All Star too. Perhaps I am the best of the benchwarmers. Could be I am not conventionally attractive enough, so other Yelpers do not want to like my reviews for halo effect type reasons. Could be I do not craaaaank out dozens of fluffy, clipped reviews for the sake of maintaining a perception. Could be my reviews just aint got that swing, baby. Who knows. Anyway, sometimes to cope with the rejection all face from to time, one must invent a new form of pain to distract from the brutal reality that awaits all of us. I've never been told I cannot go or don't belong at a Wienerschnitzel. I chose the drive thru this time because I could not bear to seen by the staff. I feared they might sense I am one of the lesser Yelp Elites by sourpuss disposition. The drive thru lady was pretty chill on the intercom, & she took my milkshake order. The ambiance of the drive thru is Miami Vice sexy except that it does not look like a cool TV show scene or feel sexy. The staff took no time to make the dietarily heinous beverage. Shake in hand. I sipped to forget the agony of defeat. I closed my eyes, and I let the cold liquid chunks of Twinkie take the wheel. All those narcotic levels of sugar tainting my veins & arteries. A trash parade rolling through my circulatory roadways. I finished the shake in less than a mile of driving. Sometimes the only way to forget a terrible moment in the past is drive one's self through an even more frightening moment in the future. Thank you Wienerschnitzel for letting me roll by.
