I'm a huge firehouse fan, but I would rather drive to one of the northern locations than come back here. We visited on a Saturday night. No line and the store only had two tables taken and one group waiting to pick up their order. After the normal order process, we sat down to wait on our food. And wait. And wait. After over 20 minutes (yes, I pulled my receipt back out to after finishing my chips and drink to check), our order is finally ready. If I wanted to spend nearly $40 and wait that long, I could have gone to a casual dining restaurant nearby. The taste did not have the usual kick as they seemed to leave the deli mustard off my fully involved sans tomato sandwich, but otherwise the order was correct. This store surely does not have the same standards as other Firehouse subs and the customer service is horrendous. I had an issue with the supposed owner of this location that refused to exchange 2 sandwiches that were being returned because it was not what we wanted. I didn't want any money just my sandwich and this witch refused to correct the sandwiches and even questioned me as to why I wanted her name and what was I contacting corporate for = Because I can as a consumer and second because I feel like it. This could not be a more poorly run establishment. It took nearly 30 mins to make a few sandwiches, with no other customers in the store. There was a staff of 4, one moping, one unable to work the register, one manager wondering around, and one sandwich maker who proceeded to weigh every single item. This firehouse is so disappointing. I have ordered thru the app multiple times and when I arrive the food is not ready. What is the point of the convenience of the app and pre-ordering? The lady who looked like she owned the place did not care that the subs weren't ready. I received an email for a free drink today and that same lady was questioning the validity of the offer when I was showing her the email right from my phone. Food is good 3.5 stars, service not so much 1 star. It's Sunday and I arrived to this firehouse subs location at 1:54 pm, my order was taken 2:00 pm. Chili came out at 2:15 pm for my chili soup/ sub came out 2:23pm. Service needs improvement or additional training. I'm reading the same feedback from two months ago from another customer. It's frustrating for me as this is a brand I specifically support. I've had much better experiences in Coral Springs and other cities. Please improve. read more

I've always loved Firehouse subs and this review is 1 star for customer service. The food is great. The service is not. I walked in to pick up my order and noticed the store was very empty (maybe two customers sitting at the tables). The employee who "served" me rushed the transaction and kept insisting that I needed to pay in store even though I had already paid when I ordered through the app. Every time I tried to explain, I was interrupted rudely. Meh, I was honestly disappointed. Had never been to a Firehouse Subs before, but I had heard a lot of good things. But I was not impressed. The subs are ok. Nothing special about them at all in my opinion. They are super small. A medium sub seems like half a foot long from subway, at a much higher price. The sandwiches are great however every si hole time I come, the food takes forever to come out. Ive ordered on the phone to pick up my food and avoid the wait, and I still have to wait when I get there. When placing my order a woman answered with a heavy accent and I couldn't understand her and she wasn't very polite. She kept interrupting me when I was giving her my order. When you ask the servers why is it taking so long, they rudely answer "can't you see all the orders that are ahead of yours? We are busy". They obviously need to hire more associates to handle the work load. Most people during lunch have a specific amount of time to eat, and when you encounter a place that is inconsiderate about it, it's just makes everything so frustrating. read more

I love Firehouse subs, but this franchise establishment will give people the wrong idea of the great subs and service they actually have and known for. There is a lack of hot sauces, even some bottles sitting empty on the rack. The sweet tea can be sweeter. And the turn around time on providing the sub should have been faster. We were the only couple in the restaurant that ordered. Even the garbage can is hidden in the corner. I just left this place and I'm pretty irritated. The subs are great, the service is not. With three customers in the entire restaurant I was waiting 25 minutes for two subs. Only to get a soggy sub, and not how it ordered it. I work right in the plaza so it wasn't in my hands long enough to get soggy. If a customer is sitting in front of you and you are taking 25 minutes for an order, at least get the order right. If there is anything they should take from their competitors its the ease of walking in and right out with a fresh sub. read more

The service here is not very good. We waited at the register for two of the employees to finish their conversion before they even noticed us and decided to take our order. Very surprising considering the place was empty. After we placed our order, we went to fill up our sodas at the beverage machine and found there was no ice available. I mentioned this to one of the employees and they told me they were out of ice and the machine was broken. I wish they would've told us this before we ordered a fountain drink. We probably would've opted for a colder bottled soft drink instead. All in all, the food wasn't too bad but we've definitely had better at other locations. The men's room was closed so it appeared that everyone was using the ladies room which was, unfortunately, quite filthy. This place really didn't look that clean or kept up especially since there were very few customers coming in and plenty of employees available to maintain some degree on cleanliness. Unfortunately this is definitely not a place I would go out of my way to eat at again. This firehouse is underrated! We have been here several times and have been greeted with excellent service! Our order comes out quick, the food is delicious, and it is never as full of people as it should be. The hook and ladder is my favorite sub overall, but the Italian sub is close behind. I went in to get two subs to go, all seemed well. The owner in leggings and her hair not tied up took my order. After she took out her order she left to sit down with a candidate who was applying for the job. Rather than have another employee focus on the customers she is trying to multitask. Me and my wife were deciding what to eat for dinner and thought firehouse subs would be a good place to try, we were so wrong. Let's start with what was ordered. I had a Turkey Bacon Ranch with a bowl of chili my wife had an Italian and we both had chocolate chip cookies. My complaints begin with the fact that I am a bacon lover and feel that bacon should be crispy, this was not the case. It looked like it was pre microwaved bacon. Also my sandwich was wet worst thing in the world!!! This place is almost as good as Subway! Now I do give credit where credit is due and the chili was really good it's why I gave an extra star. After sitting in the restaurant for 25 more minutes, I walk up to ask about my order. Only to find out that it mysteriously disappeared. I requested a refund and walked out, after wasting an hour waiting for my subs. No manager on-site make a formal complaint to. As I was waiting for my lunch that never came, I can attest to seeing three other customers walk up to the counter upset about the same issue. So far so good, ever since I've started my semester at Miami dade Kendall campus, I've been coming here a bit maybe twice or once a week. I love their subs! So delicious and fresh. I feel like this place is in a bad location hidden behind other stores and the parking is a mission. But I believe it is totally worth going there.
